Weapon: Twin guns that can become daggers. Her guns are used in conjunction with blue dust. She fills the chambers with the Dust to produce ice/water bullets. The guns are desert eagle sized.
Semblance: using her guns and aura she can create a ice barrier around her tho it only lasts for a few mins. Her ice is amplified creating a hail of icicles and a icy blast using her bullets and aura along with her Dust.
Colour: Blue (Aqua Blue)

Weapon: Priscilla has a pink colored staff as her weapon. And this staff could also transform into a shotgun and it could also be cut in half and she could put the staff back together with no problem. Priscilla's staff also has a button that would make it bigger.
Semblance:
Phasing-- Priscilla could use this to phase on solid objects, if it's walls, doors, etc. With practices she could do the same with people, to protect them.

Alright, for some grounding ideas, I had a plot in mind that sort of moves on from a small event leading to another. Something got to do with the Dusts and Crystals that are mysteriously dying.

Weapon: Diablo fría. The interior of the metallic top portion of the weapon is lined with blue dust to allow for rapid replacement of destroyed ice. While this weapon does not transform like many others, it holds an extremely nasty surprise; it's design allows for massive tearing wounds which may leave pieces of ice imbedded in flesh, and wounds created by this weapon will not heal properly without medical attention as cuts made by diablo fría bring about near immediate frostbite, which alongside the tearing wounds can bring about agonizing pain. Because wounds made by this weapon cannot heal properly without medical assistance, infections are a large threat. If the initial attack doesn't kill an enemy, the infection will.
Colour: Indigo
