Masaru calmly looked at the girl, scanning her, his eyes sweeping her as he looked at her from head to toe. Masaru then looked forward, ahead of him, now seemingly oblivious to the girl who just said "hi" to him.

Masaru, after moments of self sobbing in his head, than looked up to find someone talking on the stage, still feeling self defeated, however.

Sonya's attention went to principal Takashi, which she still thinks has a terrible name, up on the board with a remote and a mic. She looked at the picture of the dorm. "Wow. That actually looks good." She said to herself, quietly.

"You'll have to cook your own breakfast."

'cook your own breakfast'

'cook'

Okay, not as good. In fact, absolutely terrible. She hoped her roommate actually knew how to cook fairly well, as she was absolute shit at it. Oh well. You can survive without breakfast, right? Right, guys? Back me up heerree? Nope. Okay, then, she was absolutely screwed on breakfast.

'You can go to restaurants for dinner'

OH MY GOD LIFE LOVES HER! She can actually go to restaurants. She was saved! She can have two meals a day! Woo! Celebrate! Be happy! Yeah! Okay, there was classrooms and shite she didn't care about. Okay then, infirmarys, all of that.

Then there was a student that was from section C. The hell? That's not on the notice board. Oh well. She didn't care much about the student council or anything. She was more focused on two meals a day. Woo!, etc again. She then stood up and walked towards the exit.

It wasn't too long after all the exchanges were made that the principal finally started talking. Evangeline's eyes widened as she hurried back to her seat. She would hate to have gotten in trouble her first day at the academy. "It also would be a terrible fate to be punished by a robot, Evangeline thought to herself, sitting comfortably in the chair she had left behind to introduce herself to a lot of her other classmates.

Evangeline hadn't seen the remote in his hand when the screens started to burst to life, and she was now sure he was a robot. If not a robot, a magician. Perhaps both. Leaning forward in her seat she gazed at the beautiful pictures he was showing the auditorium. His words sunk into her like butter on hot bread. "In this school, we not only want to teach you academic lessons, but we want to you to learn how to take care of yourselves which comes along with responsibility." the principal spoke. Evangeline finally would have a place almost of her own. No brother's to annoy her, no parents to tell her not what to do or on the contrary- what to do. "All of you will have to learn how to cook your own breakfast." the principal continued, and Evangeline grinned. She had been working at her parent's cafe all these years, and finally would get to eat some of the masterpieces she had created, and that guests raved about. Or at least, she assumed they raved about.

Applauding with the rest of the crowd, Eva could not wait for the firework show tonight, and to see her other classmates that she would be spending the year with either. Also she was dying to find out who her room mate was, and whether or not they would become friends. Everything was quite exciting! And with that they were dismissed by the pianist; who also seemed to be a member of the student council. Something that Evangeline wasn't too interested in, but was respectful of people and their extra curricular activities, whatever they would be. "Besides chess club, those guys are nerds." Evangeline snickered to herself within her thoughts, as she stood up.

She patted her pocket to make sure the lollipop was safely in there, and made her way towards her classroom.

"Huh."

As the announcements began, Conner walked to the back of the room and leaned against the wall with his hands behind his head. The principle made a short speech before showing pictures of the various rooms throughout the school. He was immediately delighted and yet somewhat let down by the idea of having to cook his own breakfast- on one hand, he would be doing something he did all the time- but he would finally be able to cook for himself alone, and maybe exercise a little creativity for once, instead of always getting stuck making egg sandwiches for his picky little brother Sheridan. On the other hand, he would be doing something he did all the time. Oh well, it wasn't like waffling about it was going to change anything.

He yawned. Something about a fireworks show? That would be pleasant, he just needed to stay awake long enough to see it, and the dim lights where making him sleepy. When the assembly was over, he was jolted awake by the lights being turned back on. He shook his head. What was it they where supposed to be doing next, going to their classrooms? That seemed to make the most sense over anything else. Rubbing his eyes, he began to walk toward the exit and to where the classrooms where.

"Hah. Sure, I could do that. But if you laugh at my acting. I am so going to laugh at you, if you dance."

Evan chuckled at Alyssa's reply. "Tch, have a little faith. My dancing isn't half bad." Evan paused a bit in his speech, seemingly mesmerized by her soft grey eyes. He'd never seen such a color, but quickly recovered with a smirk. "We could help each other out, y'know." Before he could continue speaking, the principal was asking them to sit down. He settled in beside Tyler, who seemed to have calmed down, especially now that all the students were quieting down and dispersing to sit at their seats. They listened to what the principal and student council president had to say, quite impressed by the slideshow. The school was really nice, too nice even. If this were a cheap film, Evan might start to suspect that there was some strange twist to the school, like an evil principal. That was pretty absurd though. What kind of evil principal would host a fireworks show for his students?

During the presentation, Tyler had unwrapped the second lollipop and stuck it in his mouth. Unfortunately, it wasn't watermelon again, but strawberry was nearly as good. After the student council president dismissed them, Evan turned to Tyler, a skeptical look on his face. "What would you say the chances are that the principal is evil?"

Of all the shit that comes out of his mouth, that has got to be one of the stupidest to date, Tyler thought with a small sigh. Evan saw the unamused look on Tyler's face and started to defend his question, but Tyler just shook his head. "Hey, hold out you hand," he said, his voice as quiet as ever, so that it would be difficult for anyone other than Evan to hear it.

"Why?" Evan asked, but held out his hand anyway. That was a mistake. Tyler swiftly placed the wrapper and stick from his finished lollipop in Evan's outstretched palm. Evan couldn't fathom how childish his brother was sometimes, tricking him into holding his trash for him like a kid. That little shit. He clenched his hand into a fist a glared down at Tyler, who gave him a smug grin.

"We better get going." Tyler said, obviously feeling better. Evan wasn't sure whether it was the lollipop that had given him a sudden boost in confidence or maybe he was finally excited about the new school. Whatever it was, he was glad for it. He let Tyler grab his hand and lead him to the classroom, a grin on his face.

"I hope they aren't...questionable or anything."
Jeremy laughs and tosses him one.

As they continues to converse, the principal suddenly started his announcement, and Jeremy quickly scuttled to his seat and leaned back again while listening to the Principal. There have been weird rumors of him being a robot or evil or something, which made Jeremy giggle. "What a weird rumor" he thought to himself. When he mentioned how he had to make a breakfast, he noticed Sonya's face change, "I am guessing she can't cook? Haha." he thought, Jeremy could cook for himself as he always cooked for his father but would rather go out and do breakfast "Bah, whatever, I'll cook when I need too."

When the principal mentioned a fireworks show he contemplated on should he go or not, making up his mind that he would go to the roof just for a little bit since it might look really beautiful. "Whatever, it might be worth it" again he thought. Then the presentation ended, getting up he yawned and unwrapped another lollipop and stuck it in his mouth and then continued to walk over to his class.

Well.

The boy just looked at her before drifting off. Mina stared at him, long and hard. Her lips were pulled into a literal straight line, her eyes narrowed and her eyebrows curved down. (>:I) "Well. It wasn't like she was mad or anything. Well, maybe a bit puffed up that the guy didn't answer her. However, she wouldn't let that one failed encounter hinder her ability to make friends. Maybe.

The principal then began to speak, taking the time to talk the students through the new building. It was quite nice. Almost nice enough to consider as home. And a fireworks event? What could possibly be cooler than that? The speaker than changed to the student council president, who was from section C. Was there even a Section C on that notice board? Probably not. When the assembly was over, Mina stood up and looked down at the boy.

"Well, see you later dreamer," she said, chuckling before exiting to go to her classroom.

Alyssa smiled looking up at Evan as both of their eyes met, she couldn't help but to blush. Yes, she blushed, it could even be shown due to her skin. It has be- actually she has NEVER been in a conversation with a boy this long! So, yeah, she had to blush and she was hella nervous. Evan did seem like a really nice boy to hang out with and to talk to.

""Tch, have a little faith. My dancing isn't half bad."

Alyssa giggled and nodded. "Fine, fine. I will. But still. If you laugh at me, I laugh at you. Simple as that!" and with that, the principal walked in and gave them the whole principal talk. As soon as he gave the announcement, Alyssa stopped talking with Evan to pay attention more to the old guy. She saw a girl as well, she was in Section C. And then they were off to their classes! Alyssa was a little nervous, she stood up fixing her skirt and walked out of the hallway and now on her way to her classroom!

Alex listened to the principle and watched all the photos. "well that will be nice, we will be self sufficient." Alex then saw the class president go up and talk. "well well well that girl on the piano is the class president." Alex heard about the fireworks and said "it's sounds like the roof is the best place to see them, I'm gonna have to remember that." Alex then realized he muttered that one out loud to where those sitting right next to him heard it. Alex then sighed and then got up and headed to his classroom. Alex arrived in the class room and decided to sit in the middle row and sit two rows behind the front. He sat down and leaned back slightly. "let's hope this class isn't too crowded." He thought to himself.

Walking and navigating through the hallways, Jeremy would've gotten lost had it not been for a student called "Akane Yamazaki", she showed him the way to class. Thanking her he got into the classroom and surprisingly, no one was there yet "First one here, huh" he whispered to himself. He quickly sat down next to a window in a corner and put his feet up on the table and leaned back trying to sleep. "This year's going to be fun" he thinks and dozes off, waiting for the rest of his classmates and the teacher.

When Ichi's feet touched the campus grounds of the Academy she was in awe. The buildings scrapped the sky and students scattered around her. This was unfamiliar to her and she became unease. 'I guess I should head inside', She thought to herself. Ichi stepped foot into the grand hallway, the walls were engulfed by the scenery from outside. "Such an amazing campus..." She said softly to herself, and glanced at a group of girls passing by, "and such beautiful people as well". Ichi felt out of place and began to second guess ever coming too such a school, when suddenly a voice over the intercom snaps Ichi out of thought.

Ichi made her way through the halls trying to find the principles office,"I think iv'e been down this hall already." She sighed in disappointment when she realized she was lost. "If this school wasn't so big-" she said plopping onto the ground against the wall. She gave up looking, she didn't care if she hadn't received her classes. The humiliation of being lost put her in a negative mood.

After walking a little ways, generally following the steady flow of students leaving the auditorium, Tyler slowed his pace and glanced up at Evan. Just by looking at his expression, Evan could tell Tyler had no idea where they were going. "Don't tell me we're lost." Evan sighed that trademark disappointed older brother sigh, causing Tyler to jerk his arm in defense. "You're the one that forgot to get a map." He grumbled quietly, turning away to look for signs on the hallway walls. "Since when was that my responsibility?" Evan rolled his eyes, refusing to take the blame for this one. "You're older." Evan groaned at the response, but Tyler had found signs pointing in the direction of their classrooms. He tugged on Evan's arm and lead him through the hallways, both of them trying to get accustomed to the layout of the new school. They had a feeling that wouldn't be the last time they nearly got lost.

Eventually, the two had to part to go to their separate classrooms. Evan gave Tyler's hand a reassuring squeeze and smiled down at him. "Just do your best, okay? I'll text you before the fireworks show." Tyler nodded, starting to feel a but uneasy at the idea of being on his own. He squeezed Evan's hand back before letting go. "Oh, and take this." Evan held out his lollipop from the Candy Dealer. "If you start to get nervous, unwrap this instead of picking at your nails." Tyler nodded again, saying a small thanks as he accepted the candy. The two then went to their classrooms, Evan taking a seat near the middle of the Section A room, while Tyler sat at a window seat in the Section B room.

Iris headed back out of the auditorium. Again, she put her hand against a wall. She moved with the large group of people. Whenever she reached a door she felt near it. Reading the Braille that was put under the normal English. Iris felt along until she reached the room for section B. She started humming, listening for their echoes. She could rely on her hand to navigate a classroom. And it was quiet enough. Iris sat down at a seat in the back.

Sonya was on her way to her classes. Section A. Section A. There had to be a sign with Section A classes. She saw a door with somebody on the other side. "Someone's already in classes?" I mean, they had to have left really early. Suddenly, a random student came up to her. "What section are you in?" This student (at least she looked like one) hat just asked her this sudden question. "A. Section A.", Sonya answered.

"Classes are in the door over there, for you." The anonymous student said. Apparently classes were to the door to the left of this one. So, she went over to the door. She checked over her shoulder to see if the student was out of earshot.

"Who the shit was that..." She mumbled to herself before she opened the door. In there, she saw someone sleeping. She noticed that said person was Jeremy. She sighed before walking over to a seat that was in the middle-ish parts of the classroom. All she had to do was wait for her teacher. For about 30 minutes. Maybe she'd take a small nap.

'No! Socialization!' Said a voice in her head. 'No, take a naap. Naps are goood.' Said a different voice. She decided to listen to the Socialization voice.

She looked a few seats away from her and saw another boy sitting in the middle of the class. "Hi..." She said, trying not to doze off.

Alyssa sighed knowing good and well that she got lost. What the hell could she do now? There weren't many people around so she could ask instructions, so she decided to go a bit further. And a couple of minutes later she has found a water fountain! Just what she wanted, she was very thirsty after all. "Oh, thank god." Alyssa said with happiness as she would to the water fountain, pressing that button and water coming out as she began to drink. "Wooh." wiping her mouth, she looked around biting her bottom lips. And she kept walking, and walking, and walking and finally! She has found her class room, Section B. "Oh, good good. I am here." A smile formed on her face as she walked into the classroom seeing not a-lot of people but it was a little full, besides who wouldn't get lost in this huge school!? Alyssa smiled at Tyler nodding at him seeing that he was sitting in the window sit, so she decided to sit down in the middle of the classroom. Alyssa took off her hand, running a hand through her hair as she yawned setting her straw hat on the table infront of her. "Alright, let's see, what we will learn today." she whispered to herself looking around the classroom and then back at the teacher's board.

THUD

The floor began to slightly rumble and the tables and chairs were pushed back, casually hitting Maiko's desk, making her head pop up with shock, making her heart skip a beat.
"What the-?"
She looked over at the bottom of the desks and saw a figure of a person lying flat down to the ground. Maiko's eyes widened with a "woah" escaping from her lips.
Maiko pushed herself up from her desk and headed over to help, but before she could even approach the person, she ran back to her spot as the person obligingly helped herself up.
"Haha okay she's...or he's fine.Nevermiinndd back to slee-"

"Tch, have a little faith. My dancing isn't half bad."

The term "dance" took Maiko's attention and made her look from left to right to whoever said that.
"So someone likes dancing as well.Hope we'll get close.....whoever that person is though....."

By the moment Maiko could once again, bury her head underneath her arms,a loud booming voice came from the front as everyone rushed back to their seats and some still unwrapping their lollipops."Where did they get those?" She asked herself.
She then subsided the question once the man from the front started to speak.
"Ohhh so HE'S the principal." Maiko awed silently.
Intentive to listen, she pushed back her headphones behind her neck and payed attention.

"Dorms..."

"Manage yourselves......"

"Cook..."

"Awesome.I get to cook by myself!" Maiko exclaimed with a small punch in the air.Cooking has been a small To-Kill-the-Time hobby of Miako's,especially when it comes to sweet pastries.

"....There'll be a firework show for all of you later on...."

"Woah really?! Awesome!" Maiko exclaimed along with the others with excited-toned voices.
"It'll be a great time to get to know the others there! Alright. This is gonna be a piece of cake!" With a confident nod of her head and a clenched fist,Maiko wished herself the best.
After the Student Councilor introduced herself,Miako stood from her seat to proceed to her dorm.....and stopped to a halt.
"I don't know my dorm nor class yet....."
Maiko's insids started to panic. She couldn't even very much remember the names that were called out along with hers to shout out and ask for help where the Principal's office is.
Without knowing what to do next,Maiko froze in the middle of the auditorium, processing her thoughts and controlling her fear while everyone proceeded to their classes.

All of a sudden, the flow of the piano's music came to a halt. The chatter in the auditorium died down almost immediately after that as everyone scurried their way back into their seats. Leaning back, Alois focused his attention on a middle-aged man as he made his way up the stage. Presumably the principle, he cleared his throat and fixed his microphone to mouth-level.

“Welcome students of Saitou Academy. I apologize for the delay. Last minute preparations were being made.” Alois listened attentively, leaning forward as if to hear the man speak more clearly. As the principle introduced himself, Alois mentally noted down his name for future reference, Takashi Saitou. Alois smiled to himself as Takashi presented a slide show of all the commodities available for the students all year round. "Neat, pristine and orderly" Alois said to himself quietly, silently praying his future dorm-mate would not be one hell of a mess to clean up after.

“Now for the preparations.. To give all of you a warm welcome, we have prepared a fireworks show for all of you. It will start at eight this evening. You are free to WATCH it from your balconies, however, we will leave the door to the rooftop open in case any of you preferred to watch it there. Once again, welcome, and I hope for a good school year.”

With that, a round of applause had ended the semi-elaborate speech. Alois excused himself and followed the crowd as they all clambered through the auditorium to get to their classrooms. Keeping in mind the firework show that was scheduled to happen later that night, Alois could barely contain his excitement. He had brought his camera for selfie purposes, and also for other miscellaneous events such as this. Beaming, he pranced his way happily through the hallways.

It didn't take long for Alois to miserably realize he had been lost for the past ten minutes that he had been dancing around the hallways, ending up at god-knows-where. Cautiously scanning his surroundings, he seemed to have ended up at the dimmest part of the academy. Chills ran down his spine as he noticed that he was also alone. In a semi-paralyzed state, at that moment he had felt a pair of eyes watching him from the staircase that was barely even lit. Craning his head backwards from where he came, he quickly decided that today would definitely not be the day he died. Gaining a quicker pace, he hummed a happy song as he backtracked.

Making my way downtown~ I'm walking fast, faces past and I'm homebo-

Screeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeech...

Alois didn't need to look back or think about his next move-

He let out a manly squeal and gunned it for any other direction that wasn't behind him.
By the time Alois had reached a fairly-lit area, he encountered a young girl who seemed to have quite a depressing aura surrounding her as she sat on the ground, propped up against the wall. Reaching out his hand to help her up, simultaneously the girl who had her head down between her knees had cried out in frustration. Alois, who had presumably been chased earlier, was taken aback at this sudden burst of expression. I think I've had enough for now... Taking a step back, he continued to make his way across the other side of the school, back to where the auditorium was.

His mind and body still recovering from the traumatic event, he muttered to himself as he entered the brightly-lit auditorium.

This academy's bloody HAUNTED.

He screamed that last part out loud in his head, accompanied with a sharp intake of breath.

Leaning against the door frame, flustered, sweaty and out of breath, he peered around the auditorium to see the red-head he had noticed earlier standing in a fixed position in the middle of the auditorium. Squinting his eyes to see clearer, he waved frantically, happy to have finally found a student who he could brave the dark, huge labyrinth they called the academy, with. Atleast, he smirked, if ever that thing catches up to me, I'd have someone else to offer up- he grinned to himself.

The red-head finally noticed the blonde boy waving like a madman. Alois gestured for her to follow him, as he realized the principle's office had been right across the auditorium, obscured behind two huge ferns that could've been easily dismissed as some other room. The red-head obliged, running through the exit. The red-head scratched the back of her head in embarrassment as Alois presented to her the door to the principle's office.

"It's alright. I've been out here for nearly thirty minutes and I didn't expect the office to be right there," Alois stated, pointing to the door, "...either." he completed in a defeated tone.
Entering the office and recounting the effort it took for Alois to get there (contrary to miss red-head), Alois collapsed on the nearest armchair as his body gave up on itself.

Masaru, head down, felt defeated. He didn't want to be at this school. He didn't know anyone, there was already a drug dealer (candy dealer), and the people here "are mean" according to him after that person just completely indirectly insulted him with the one phrase, "nice backpack."

"What were you thinking, mother? Father?" Masaru asked to no one in particular as he walked down the hallway. "That I would be happy that I made friends in this cesspool of a school? I'm not a child anymore, I don't need friends to function..." Masaru then looked outside the window, trying to find something that would calm him down. "But... I suppose I can't tell you that when we're hundred of miles apart..." Masaru then stopped, staring out the window for a few minutes until finally resuming his walk around the academy.
"Thank you..." Masaru said as the nice middle aged lady guided him towards the principal's office.
"It's no problem!" The nice lady said as she left the room.
It is to me... dear god, can I do anything more wrong today? Masaru thought. Masaru then looked around the principal's office and noticed someone slumped in his chair. ... Oh dear god I've done it again. Masaru knelt down beside him, putting his hands on his shoulders, trying to shake him, trying to see if he was still alive. The sight of my backpack must have sent ripples of laughter through him, causing him to faint or die while I was turned around!

"WAKE UP," Masaru yelled out. "WAKE UP AGAIN," Masaru screamed at the top of his lungs, resembling a screech. "NOT GOING TO LET MY BACKPACK KILL YOU, WAKE UP." At this point, Masaru raised his hand in the air, ready to smack him to wake him up.

Conner had realized he had some time before class actually started, so he'd decided to go walking around the school to get familiar with the layout. Soon, he was walking around the back part of the school with his hands in his pockets, whistling a videogame song he'd picked up from somewhere. He had to admit he was kind of bored, usually his days where a lot busier then this; by this point in the day he'd finally settled down after getting all of the other kids ready for school and then he got to read or something for maybe a half an hour before he had to make lunch. He looked around and noticed this part of the school was still dimly lit, as if they weren't expecting anyone to be back here yet. It was more then a little bit creepy.

I'm not unsure, not quite certain though, where these problems came from...

As he walked down a stair case he noticed that another student was there in the hall, and jumped a little bit. He hadn't been expecting that. There was a loud scritch of his shoes on the linoleum floor as he nearly lost his balance and fell down. Just as he was about to say something, the other student suddenly became very frightened and took off down the hall out of sight, with a harsh squeal that echoed through the entire half of the school. Conner just stood there in the middle of the staircase, stunned.

"What the hell?"

Shaking her head to regain focus,Maiko looked around distressed and lost,as if stranded on an island, realizing everybody's already left.
"What?! Where's....oh no..."
Scared and all by herself, sweat of anxiety started to drip down from Maiko's forehead. She stood in the middle of the auditorium, completely frozen and paralyzed with fear rushing up her spine.

Maiko jolted up her body when a sqeal from the outside rang out and echoed throughout the corners of the auditorium.
"Wha-?! A ghost?!"
No matter how much fear gambled to take over her body,Maiko was certainly not the type of person who easily gives up or tends to lose.
She gathered up her courage and took a few steps back.....until silence started to dance around the room once again.
Maiko blew out air from her lungs to lighten the load building up inside her,and suddenly...

Her attention was taken by the blonde boy who she encountered earlier, waving frantically at her as he entered the auditorium.
A quick sigh of happiness and relief was made that she ran towards him as quick as she could.
Leading her inside the principal's office,Maiko scratched her head with embarrassment as she thanked him.
Having the thought of a perfect timing of making new friends,
"This is it. This is a good timing. At least even one person. C'mon." Maiko thought confidently to herself.
Before she could start her self-introduction,the blonde boy suddenly collapsed on a seat, leaving Maiko's jaw slightly dropped and eyes widened.

She scanned the blonde boy head to toe, disappointed to the fact that they weren't able to exchange names.
"Gaahh.What to do now?"

Another boy entered the principal's office, quivering.Once he saw the blonde dead-like figure spread out on a seat, his eyes spread wide open and charged on him, screaming to the top of his lungs of waking up and something about his backpack.
Maiko stood a few paces away from both of them, trying to hold in her laughter, but rose up her serious side once he raised his hand, ready to slap the blonde boy.
"No no! Wait!" As she charged at him and, just in the nick of time, caught his wrist. "Calm down, please!" She yelled as she continuously pleaded at him to seize his actions and lower his temper, even to the fact that she has not one clue of what's going on.
