Power Type: Standard Superhuman, Devil Fruit

Personality: Kind and Noble, Mal is constantly calm no matter the situation. But if you piss him off, he will do whatever he can to bring you down. Mal also has zero tolerance for any kind of Traitors. They receive his Ultimate Punishment.

History: I don't feel like re-typing this, so here. Cliff notes:
Was an arrogant asshole. Self-Proclaimed greatest swordsman. Beaten by wandering green-haired swordsman... badly. Swordsman gives words of honor. Enraged, Mal attacks from behind, swordsman cuts his eyes. Mal adjusts to being blind and becomes much more humble. One day fights thugs, saving a young woman. In the fight he's knocked into some garbage, accidently swallows a DF. Using his new vibration power, he fended off the attackers and decided to join the Marines.

Devil Fruit: Vibe Vibe Fruit - Again, cliff notes. Can sense, generate, and manipulate vibrations. He can vibrate his own molecules through objects but not those of others. He can "see" the waves any slight movement gives off, so it's difficult to catch him off guard, but initiating high-pitched noises can do so. He can also become overwhelmed if there's too much noise and he would have to condense his sense bubble to reduce the pain (sound is a wave) Oh, yeah. I jsut learned this the other day, but since vibrating molecules is how things catch fire, technically that means he can set things on fire from a distance. Although he can't really control said fire.

Fruit Type: Paramecia

Abilities: Highly competent swordsman and due to the sonar nature of his ability, probably the best navigator in the navy.

Techs: Only got three so far
Heart Cross - Fires two waves of Vibe in a cross pattern. The first stuns and weakens the opponent, while the second forces the first right through, causing damage and weakening them more for the second to follow.
Final Wave: Swordstorm - Ever played Super Smash Bros. Brawl? You know Meta Knights rapid-fire slash attack? Yeah, picture a wave of Vibe after every slash
The Ultimate Punishment: - Mal vibrates his hand into an opponents chest, slowly. Gently grasping their heart, he vibrates it until it explodes violently. By the by, this is excruciatingly painful, both due to the vibrations and the intense heat generated.

Others: Nothing comes to mind.

Sorry it's sloppy, but after losing the whole damn thing, I'm still pissed off. I'll post my second Marine later (I'm making two, but only using one. I just don't know which because I like the Vibe idea, but I want an excuse to use my Human-Human Fruit, Model: Angel.)

Well, if we go to all physics, He can freeeze things by slowing down their vibration, and incrase and decrease presure, do with that information what you may.
Also, look into the resonance effect, this is really is something you can get really creative with, (like destructive resonance that could negate sound)

Hang on Sable, don't accept me yet. I still need to decide between Malachi and Angelus. Yes, he has an Angel devil fruit and his name is Angelus Sirahphim (You know... Seraphim?). The coincidence is very great, but it's my brain.

Name: Angelus "Angel" Sirahphim (Being a foreigner, his name is not standard One Piece, but reversed (Given Name, then Family Name)

Epithet: "Fallen" Angel

Age: 28

Appearance: Black, Shoulder-Length Hair with white streaks. Brown eyes. Standard Marine uniform, shirt unbuttoned. He wears blue and black fingerless gloves. Under the gloves and his shirt he has black chain tattoos spiraling from his palms up to his shoulders.

Power Type: Standard Superhuman, Devil Fruit

Personality: Angel is a generally serious individual. It takes a lot to bring a soft smile to his face. He's a bit of a stickler for the rules and respects authority, but also those who are strong, be it physically, or emotionally. However, he's not an idiot. He knows "Pirate" does not translate to "Criminal" in every case and know that there are good pirates as well as evil ones, the same as any organization. So while he will hunt down those he's ordered to, he will find out the truth of their crime and enact proper punishment accordingly.

History: Hmmm, still working on it. I figured he'd be born in Cocoyashi Village, which is how he knows that there are good and bad pirates, and became a marine to catch criminals like Arlong and to hopefully prevent the capture of pirates like Luffy.

Devil Fruit: This Mythological Zoan-Type Devil Fruit allows the user to transform into an angel, gaining pure white wings, a halo, black sclera with electric blue irises, black chain tattoos spiraling up their arms, and glowing green runes all over their body, most prominent being an Alpha symbol over their face. In this form the user can use their feathers as extremely sharp projectiles (an ability that extends to all other forms) and super strength. Because this fruit has no hybrid form, it instead has a form called “Dark Angel Mode” which is a dark, faster version of its standard form. The runes are now black, the Alpha symbol is now an Omega symbol, their wings (of which they only have two) are jet black, their irises turn crimson red (while the sclera are still black), they gain two forward facing horns instead of a halo, and the tattoos turn real and fall off. In this form the user has the unique power to use their feathers to teleport by throwing one (or just placing one somewhere) and using its location as a beacon. Finally, he can manipulate a flame-like substance that is deathly cold. Normally the flame is blue, but in “Dark Angel Mode” it’s black.

Fruit Type: Mythical Zoan

Abilities: Wields a extending spear (one foot compacted, can extend up to 5 feet in length) shaped like a purple crystal when compact, and is more than capable of using it to stab, slash, or bash.
