"If you wouldn't mind guiding me to an empty table. There are too many echoes in here for me to know where everyone is?" Katherin told her with a smile. It was nice to have someone who wanted to sit with her.

"Alright." Absinthe took Katherin's arm gently, guiding her to a table. "So... were you born blind? Or- or-" She bit her lip. "Sorry."

"It's alright" Katherin assured her with a smile. "It is a question I get a lot. Yes I was born blind."

Victor got a small plate of salad and sat down alone, trying to stay away from everyone. He stared at the salad and smelled it, "Hmm, sure wish I could eat this." He sighed, "Oh well, at least the smell is nice." Victor's eyes changed to the cat eyes, his voice had the Arabian accent again, "Yes, the smell is most delectable." His eyes looked around to the other students. "Why does Victor choose to sit away from the people? Why does Victor not want us to have friends?" His eyes and voice changed back to normal as he crossed his arms, "Oh please, you wouldn't know what to do if you tried making friends. Besides I don't think people what to be friends with a guy who is having a conversation with himself in public." He sighed again before reverting to his other personality, "Victor makes a good point." Victor changed back to normal and placed his head on the table, smelling the salad again, "Man what I would give to be normal."

"Oh, do you think It's a family gene? I heard somewhere that blindness has a chance to be passed down to children." She shakes her head. "I suppose that would be silly, I ended up this way even though both my parents are... were humans. Do you have any parents?"

"No it was an accident or so I am told." Katherin told her. She shook her head sadly. "I never knew my parents. I have spent most of my life bouncing between the streets and foster homes."

"I'm sorry," She wiped her tears away, forcing a smile. "I'm just really emotional sometimes. Nothing to worry about, I cry a lot."

Victor stared at the salad blankly until he could here someone crying, he looked around and noticed a couple girls sitting together. "Wonder what's going on," Victors changed to his alternant personality, "Well, let us go check." Victor changed back to normal and frowned slightly, "Fine." He got up from the table and picked up his plate of salad. Sitting across from the two girls and placing his plate of uneaten salad, he looked at the one crying, "My 'friend' told me to see if you were ok." He tried smiling, but failed and just ended up making some awkward face.

He tried smiling, but failed and just ended up making some awkward face.

"Oh, thanks, b-but I'm fine now... Who's your friend? I didn't see anyone talking to you." Absinthe asked.

Victor's eyes changed and his voice, again, had a heavy Arabian accent, "Hello," Victor's body language was very polite and laid back, the total opposite of his insecure and loner type mannerisms. "Victor heard you crying. We were curious of what could have been the problem." Then suddenly, Victors eyes changed back to normal, "Ummm, yeah... Thank you for interrupting me without allowing me to introduce you or anything." Victor's alternant personality took over once more, "Victor is welcome." Victor changed back yet again and sighed, "Yeah... So that was him. Don't mind him though, he's not much of a talker." Victor laughed nervously.

He changed personalities suddenly and chuckled slightly, "We told Victor that Victor needed friend, did we not?" Changing back to normal he sighed, "I didn't ask you."

Victor smiled at Absinthe, "Thank you, we appreciate it." He turned his attention back to his plate, quietly smelling the salad and smiling. Victor produced a tiny noise that almost sounded like purring as he sat there staring at the plate of uneaten food.
