Tired of sitting around Aaron decided to practice his magic. He was a prodigy when it came to Conjuration but was for the other schools of magic he was of average skill. He pondered the thought of which school of magic he should practice, perhaps Restoration? Possibly but who could he practice on. Aaron looked around and noticed Jasmine had what looked to be bite marks on her neck. He moved over to where she was sitting before asking, "Hey i know this sounds weird but do you mind if I practice a spell on those bite marks? I could heal them for ya"

Jasmine was a little nervous and excited as she heard the word "challenge". She never challenged anybody before. But as Isabella came to her head, she would like to teach the vamp a thing or two about being nice. She turned as she heard a boys voice talking to her. "Oh. Sure" she said to him before tilting her neck to the side, showing the bite marks.

Aaron turned his attention back to Jasmine who had been waiting. "Alright, I don't do this often but it should be fine", he said somewhat confident in his abilities. He hovered his left hand over the bite marks and closed his eyes. Focusing his energy and channeling it to his hands he began to form slivers of golden light from his hands. The rays moved back and forth between his hand and Jasmine's neck. This want easy however as Aaron face began to wince in frustration as he tried his best to maintain the spell. He finally healed her just as the last of his energy was depleted. He dropped back to the ground and sat back to catch his breath. "Well" he said panting, "That turned out better than expected"

While he was waiting for te others to decide who they would partner up with, Kido had a sudden thought and started looking around for Kyle. As soon as he found him, he grinned and skipped over. "Hey, Kyle? Let me know before you start jousting, okay? I have to show you something."

Kyle looked at Kido curiously. He wondered what the smaller boy wanted to show him. "Sure. I was just trying to decide who I should challenge. I have never jousted before. Maybe one of the new boys. I should talk to Ivy before the event starts."

"Hmm...Maybe James or Lily would be a good choice, then." The shorter boy nodded in agreement with Kyle. "I also think that it would be a good idea to talk to Ivy before we start. Oh! Maybe I can...no, wait, I only have one. Mm...never mind that for now, then. Maybe next time." He giggled a bit at the thought and smiled at the taller boy again.

"Ivy is likely to get excited and an excited Ivy means fire danger." kyle said shaking his head. "I was thinking that James might make a good opponent. I'll go find him. I'll cayptch you before my ride." he promised Kido.

"Don't see how he was much of a fool if the dragon was eating up people and livestock - pretty normal to want to stop that. And please don't give me vague magic-y terms that I don't know about like 'Ascalon', because I'll just give you a blank stare in response," he said in response.

"Ascalon was the name of his weapon," James said, before sighing. "And I'm saying he was a fool for even challenging one of the few dragons that actually fought back. It was weak anyways. Any other dragon could have taken care of it." He let out a puff of smoke out of his mouth. "But dragons don't fight amongst one another, except for territory, dominance, and food."

"Well, that means there was no problem with how Saint George won, right? We're humans, so of course we male weapons to fight stronger creatures. You don't expect a normal human to win against any kind of dragon do you? And wether it was weak or not is irrelevant. It was a danger, so it was taken care of, right?"

David shook his head. He wasn'tgetting deeper into this argument, especially since James was a dragon. "Well, I'm off. I've got a match with a vampire up, it was a good talk," he said with onesided smile.

Aiden watched the others socializing, bu he was too consumed in thought to do that at the moment ever since he became a vampire he was feeling more and more uneasy about his relationship with Isabella he was becoming unattached, almost like he was becoming apathetic, she was fun to be around but he didn't care much for her he might even kill her if he felt like it but for now he just listened to everyone not their words but their heart beat so steady and strong. It almost drove Aiden mad just sitting there.

David approached the apparently brooding boy, and put on his best grin. "Heya there Aiden! Looks like we were paired up for the joust. You feeling up for it?"

Aaaand here we go. One of the two people he was unsure about in camp. David didn't count Aiden as an enemy, he rarely counted anyone as his enemy, but he could still consider him a threat. Still, nothing would change with how he interacted or treated Aiden or Isabella. They were still friends and acquaintances until proven otherwise.

Aaron lifted his hand on his head before answering, "Yes I'm okay, just out of practice with Restoration magic. I guess I should stick with what I'm good at huh"

She chuckled a little before she helped him to his feet. "So, what's your name?" she asked him curiously with kindness.

"Thanks", the boy said as Jasmine helped him up, "Name's Aaron and that blue orb behind you is Hex"

She turned around saw the orb. She wanted to curiously touch it but wasn't sure. She hesitantly lifted a hand to touch it.
