[IC] An Army of animals

Deep under ground Vlad was reviewing his files. His first group on subjects was ready to move to the next stage of the program. He had the guards those he deemed ready to the dinning room. It would be their first meal outside of the lab. He was curious to see how they would react.

A dark haired teen was lead into the dinning room by three armed guards, each one standing a good four feet out of the teens reach. The lanky teen was walked through the dinning room and to a seat, his bare feet softly clapping against the cold tiled floor of the room. He wore a blank expression as he took a seat, no sign of any emotion be them positive or negative. As he sat he brought his feet up onto the seat so he was in a crouching position. He also made no effort to look at any other in the room, keeping his attention locked dead ahead with a vacant stare in his eyes. This would of seemed odd to others but this was merely how Slade was, a cold and detached teen.

Li was lead to the to the cafeteria by guards. Like usual, her ears were perked up listening to any and every conversation she could hear. Li sat down at a table gleefully awaiting her first meal outside of the lab since she arrived.

Ryan looked around warily as he was led into the room, not trusting anyone. When he was left to go sit down. He went and sat down, keeping his distance from the few others in the room. His fingers tapped on the table as he once again studied the room. He had little intention of interacting with the people around him. He was very hungry. Once thing he noticed from when the experiments started that he had a greater appetite. He let out a impatient growl like sound," where is the meat?" He also almost solely ate meat now, rarely eating something different. Not only only meat, but meat that was rare.

Vlad walks into the dinning room. At his side is an angry teenage girl. She is dressed in skin tight black leather and there is a collar around her neck. Vlad holds her arm tightly not allowing her to go sit down. She stares at the far wall ignoring everyone in the room. "Good morning children. Welcome to step two of my program. Today I will begin training you to become useful citizens. I want to remind you that you all volunteered to be here so I don't want to hear any whining or complaining."

A little snort escaped Ryan's nose and he grumbled," useful citizens my ass." He looked at Vlad, anger clear in his eyes. He spoke, sneering," the only reason we volunteered is so we didn't go to jail. Now. Where is my food?" He glared at Vlad, having a deep dislike of him. He tried to attack him once, when the experiments first took place, but that didn't end very well for him.

Madison was standing behind a girl in black, her arms were held tightly by two guards. She had tried to talk them out of it, because she was just little and she didn't need this much protection, but they knew what she had done and they seemed too scared. "I'm here Sir, the big meanies won't let me go." She grunted, trying to kick one of then in the shin. "Can I sit now?"

"Be seated." Vlad told her. He indicated for the guards to join the others along the wall. "Welcome to the second step of the program. First I will explain the schedule. Breakfast will be served at 7. Then we will have class and the gym. Around noon lunch will be serviced. After lunch will will have another class rolled by skill development. Supper will be served around 6. After that your time is your own until lights out at 11. Any questions so far?"

Fingers tapping on the table still he let out an exaggerated and loud sigh. He said," we don't care, how about you just give us our food old man." He sneered at him, fingers tapping on the table still. He wasn't a patience guy at all, nor a fun guy to deal with in general.

Vlad nodded. The guards began delivering food to each teen seated. "Before you eat I want to explain the punishment situation. The guns are with tasers these will knock you out for 3-4 hours. They also have tranquilizers these will knock you out for 6-7 hours. You see this lovely collar my kitten is wearing?" Vlad asked stroking Roxy's neck above the collar. "She earned this trying to escape."

Slade made no indication that he was listening he was merely taking small bites out of his food and keeping his gaze locked dead ahead.

Madison had taken her seat, she didn't eat her breakfast though, pushing it around on her plate instead. She looked sympathetically at the girl with the collar, and back down at her plate. "So you're a sadist, Sir?" She mumbled, not looking up.

"I takes threats to my program seriously. Roxy's collar here will fill her with electricity and then kill her if she attempts to escape again." Vlad explained.

"Why should we try to escape. I mean if I got out of here then I would be stuck with a long sentence in jail," Li said out loud. She did not like the idea of staying in jail.

"I doubt most of you will attempt it. But should you try that misery and death wait you if you try." Vlad told them. "Finish eating and I will lead you to the classroom."

Ryan rolled his eyes at him and said," just shut up, old man, no one here bloody cares what you say." He began to eat his food with haste, hunching over his plate. A behavior change he had was to do with food. He will not share, and if you take it from him, he can be quite nasty to deal with.

Madison leaned forwards and thumped Ryan on the back of the head, leaning back and staring at her plate again. "Why don't you shut up? I think we all want to listen to the old man more." Then Madison smirked, deciding to take it one step forward, she tried to take Ryan's food, the ass had it coming.

Li started to eat her food. She thought about what it would have been like if she had refused this program. Li put down her fork once she was finished eating.

Slade hadn't finished half of his plate before he slowly pushed it away to show he no longer wanted it.
