Superboy breathed out heavily, muscular form dripping with sweat as he stared across the training room and into the eyes of the next training bot. He had heard the multiple, disembodied sounds of different team members entering, but the boy didn't bother going up to greet him. From what he'd seen, the ghost guy was pretty alright, but just going off of the names....well....for one, Blood Fang sounded like some gothic villain from a Twilight movie, and the others simply sounded lame. He didn't want to learn about a guy named after a battery brand. His jerkish thoughts forcing him to hold back a snicker, Superboy coughed and focused.
"Let's go!" He snarled, suddenly blurring forward. The 10 feet, steel-clad training bot didn't move; only bringing up a barrel-like forearm to block the explosive punch set off by Superboy. The Kryptonian instantly became a blur of fists and feet as he clashed with the bot; this went on for a few seconds, before the bot managed to parry a punch and send the teen railing. As the bot went in for a punch, Superboy flipped to the side, grabbing the large fist and completely breaking it off. Turning on his heel, the boy growled, punching completely through the robot's chest and twisting once more, releasing his grip.
The large training bot went flying through the air, slamming against the wall of the training room, and exploding in a hail of fire and shrapnel.
"Phew..." Superboy murmured, throwing a white towel over his shoulder and grabbing a cold bottle of water. "Might as well check out the newbies before Superman gets all butthurt." With a sigh, he quickly entered the elevator, reappearing in the Hangar. "Such a shock." He echoed with a rugged smirk, hearing the last of the ghost's sentence.
