Fandom roleplays, anyone?

So uh I've been craving to do a couple of fandom (mostly anime) roleplays lately and though I'm more looking to use OCs, I will use canon characters for only specific topics (I will specify). I am usually mid-casual to low-advanced and I usually try to match my partners' posts, so I will try my best not to give you one or two sentences. All sort of romance is fine with me (FxM, MxM, FxF) and I will try to reply at least once a day. As it is easier for me to keep track, I will only roleplay through forums and not PMs.

As for topics, I am looking to do:
- Naruto/Naruto Shippuden
- One Piece
- Fairy Tail (I'll do OCs or we can play the main characters' children.)
- Soul Eater
- The Last of Us (I'll be willing to use canon characters or OCs)
- Bioshock Infinite (I'll be willing to use canon characters or OCs)

- The Wolf Among Us (Canons only)
- How to Train your Dragon
- Harry Potter (OCs only)
- Mortal Instruments (OCs only)
- Attack on Titan (OCs only)
