Kinda offended (diagnosed as a child) that you think we are all Nat. Then again most say I'm barley autistic so I would say I fit High-Functioning Autism more.

Autism and Aspergers are two completely different and unrelated things. I'm offended that Aspies think they have anything remotely similar to Autism.

I worked with Autistic teenagers back in high school for community service and there is NO comparison between the two.
For example, Turt is autistic and so we treat him with a gentle hand, whereas Nat is just aspie and can handle the barrage of negativity thrown at him from Spam.

It's been proven they are related and I'm not saying Aspergers is worse but still you can't just dismiss it completely.

DSM-V disagrees: http://www.slate.com/articles/health_and_science/medical_examiner/2013/05/autism_spectrum_diagnoses_the_dsm_5_eliminates_asperger_s_and_pdd_nos.html

The fact that you're able to process the information contained within my post and respond accordingly proves you don't have any significant mental deficiencies. Have you ever met an Autistic person? They're more likely to bang their head against the wall instead of responding in a coherent manner like you've demonstrated. And I'm not even talking about the severely autistic who engage in such acts like fecal smearing. Does it make you feel better to have an Asperger's "diagnonsense?"
Consistent Coherency = no mental disorder, aspergers or otherwise.

What, exactly, are your Aspie-related mental-issues that us non-Aspie individuals don't have?

Did you read the article? It's saying that Aspergers isn't different enough from Autism to be consider a disorder not that it doesn't exist. If anything it supports my point that they are related, albeit to an extreme.

And as for mental deficiency when it comes to social contexts I'm a mess. And your saying being a social retard or mentally blind but able to respond coherently is enough for you to say there is nothing wrong with an Aspie?

^ kinda came out a bit petty.

TBH I do stim and talk to myself in private but otherwise I'm good.
