Name: Arkhas, The Slaughter
Chapter: Carcharadons Astra, Aka Space Sharks
Equipment: Mark 6 “Corvus” Power armor, Eviscerator chainsword, bolt pistol, power gladius, digital weapons.
Biography: Arkhas was born a slave boy on some distant planet, beyond the Emperor’s holy gaze. He would only reach the age of 9 before the Space Sharks descended on the planet, like terrifying angels. They decimated the infrastructure of the world in a day. The militaries were leaderless and in shambles after 3. Total surrender was on day 4. The male children age 13 and below were taken on day 5, and on day 6, the planet burned, with it’s 3 million population of heretics. Arkhas remembers none of this, save for somewhere deep in his reptile brain.
At the age of 19, he complete scout training, and was inducted into the actual chapter proper. The Space Sharks however, are nomadic, and instead of being organized into official companies, they are assigned to ships. Each ship captain, also serves the same role as a company captain, leading his men as he sees fit. Arkhas was assigned to serve on the Nicor. It was from here he would conduct his terrifying raids for 200 years, adept as tactical and devastator marines, and master of assault. He was an angel of death on wings of flame, steed of steel, or born aloft in a land speeder. So it was here he would remain, for 200 years, before elevating to the Red Brethren, an inner circle of butchers allowed to fight in Terminator armor. In another decade he was in command of them. After four more decades of command, passing all chances at captain, he took the position of the chapter champion. He held this title for 20 years, before being sent to the Deathwatch for service.
Notable Achievements: Served two decades as the Chapter champion, losing only one singular combat. Served in the Badab war with honors. Killed 50+ heretics in the storming of Badab Primaris. Bested an entire squad of Khorne Beserkers in single combat.
Physical Description: Arkhas stands at a daunting 7 feet tall, a hulking barbarian. His skin, when seen, is a pale white, the color of a sheet, due to the mutated genes that mark his chapter. His eyes are a pair of black soulless pits, showing no emotion except for disdain. His left arm is no longer flesh and bone, and is robotic from his shoulder down. It is crude, and seals against the outside atmosphere, and serves as a constant reminder to the only time he has failed in his duties.
In armor, Arkhas always wears his “beak” helmet, and has the black armor of the deathwatch. His left arm is already silver metal, but he still wears the Inquisitorial shoulder pad. His right arm bears the shark of his chapter. On his back in his massive two handed chainsword, and on his right hip is his bolt pistol, his gladius being opposite on the left. Dangling from his neck, are several necklaces, with predatory animal’s teeth and jawbones, each one with delicate scrimshaw etched into it.
Class: Assault Marine
Personality: The word Cold would describe Arkhas the best, and even then, it might be too friendly. Outside of combat, he is quiet, not due to having a lack of words, but due to rarely wishing to impart his thoughts. Below the surface however, is a seething rage, waiting to boil over. In combat, Arkhas comes alive, painting with the color red, carving his way through battle formations. He feels no Joy, no pride. Nothing during this time, except for a deep anger and hatred, and a calm, collected, savage butchery. Arkhas believes in no higher powers, except for the armor he is clad in, and the weapons he uses to smite any in his path.

Name: Rayvius 'Moyses' Skalterion
Chapter: Dark Angels
Equipment:
Scout Carapace Armor/Mark VII Aquila Power Armor
Mk IIIa Godwyn Pattern Bolter
Guardian Bolt Pistol
Frag Grenade x4
Krak Grenade x4
Combat Knife/Chainsword
Biography: Rayvius was born on Aegyptus, a backwater planet that was abandoned by the Imperium during the Africanus Crusade for tactical reasons, primarily due to a warp storm due to hit and isolate the system. As soon as the Imperium abandoned the system, Dark Eldar appeared, enslaving the entire population. Rayvius escaped because a Dark Angels scout took him off the planet as a child, moved by his mother's plaintive pleas for deliverance.
Rayvius was raised as a chapter serf by the Dark Angels and was a full marine by 16, where he promptly joined his battle-brothers in the Africanus Crusade. He never forgot his homeworld, and was haunted by his last moments with his mother. When he was 42, he requested to be sent to Aegyptus to help liberate the planet. The warp storm isolating the system had passed, but the Imperial forces deemed the planet not worth the expense of liberating it. He asked to join a unit of nine other Imperial specialists, agents and assassins. Rayvius' sergeant allowed his request, seeing how Ray's memories of his homeworld distracted him and hoping to excise him of the burden. Rayvius and his team became known on Aegyptus as the Plagues, and after a forty year campaign, managed to sow enough chaos among the Dark Eldar occupiers to allow a liberation force to be validated and force the Dark Eldar off the planet, culminating in a directed orbital bombardment and the assassination of the Archon of the Kabal. The people of Aegyptus immortalized him as the tenth Plague: the Angel of Death, and gave him the honorary name 'Moyses,' which he adopted without reservation.
He went on to serve as a scout and a tactical marine during the remainder of the Africanus Crusade, though with no exceptionally notable heroics. At the close of the Africanus Crusade, he was offered a position in Deathwatch when he was 117, where he has spent the majority of his 90 years as a kill-marine. He was initially assigned to work with one Scout Sergeant Cyrus of the Blood Ravens Chapter, who instilled in him a thirst for knowledge about his enemies, and in his spare time is seen browsing forbidden archives on xenos, searching for new ways to exploit and kill xenos.
Notable Achievements:
Was one of ten Imperial agents (known as the 'Plagues') sent to create a resistance operation on Aegyptus, and after a 40 year campaign of guerrilla warfare and insurrection, successfully assassinated the Archon.
Cleansed the Velcorn system's four inhabitable planets of a Genestealer infestation by himself within a week, accumulating a total kill count of 293 purestrain genestealers, 847 Hybrids of various generations, and two Broodlords.
Physical Description: Short black hair, has a burn scar on his left cheek. Otherwise, your standard Astartes.
Class: Scout/Tactical Marine
Personality: Rayvius is a loner, a trait cultivated during his time on Aegyptus and as a Kill-Marine of the Deathwatch. As he has spent half his life away from other Astartes, he is experienced in non-Astartes interaction, and is much more personable to non-Astartes than most Astartes are. He is quite knowledgeable on xenos, and can speak ork, eldar and tau, as well as High Gothic. He has a healthy thirst for knowledge. His century tenure to Deathwatch is coming to a close, but he has reservations returning to a chapter he has had little connection to. He has contemplated becoming a Blackshield, but feels that he should only take that option if he cannot connect to his old Chapter.

Chapter: Blood Ravens
Equipment:
Mark VI Corvus Power Armor
Stalker Pattern Bolter with Shot Selector
Bolt Pistol
Combat Knife
Chainsword
Frag Grenade x3
Krak Grenade x3
Biography:
Lantus was born on the Feral World of Typhon Primaris. The planet was a major recruiting world for the Blood Ravens, and at the age of 10, Lantus passed the Blood Trials to become an Aspirant of the Chapter. He served his Neophyte training and Scout Marine deployment under Scout Sergeant Cyrus, and took his many lessons to heart, eventually becoming a fully fledged Astartes when he was 18. Lantus served loyally as a Battle Brother as both a Devastator and Assault Marine in the 4th Company under Brother-Captain Davian Thule, and excelled to the point that he was assigned to be a Tactical Marine. For over 100 years, Lantus served in the 4th Company, and even took part in the Kronus Campaign. On Kronus, Lantus proved himself to be one of the Emperor's finest several times over, but his greatest achievement came in the final battle against the Tau entrenched on the planet. During the battle, Lantus and his squad were assigned to assassinate Ethereal Aun'El Shi'Ores, the leader of the Tau on Kronus while the majority of Captain Thule's forces were deployed against Shas'O Kais. The squad broke through Tau lines, taking heavy casualties from their murderous plasma fire until Lantus was the sole remaining member of the squad. But he broke through to the Ethereal and his bodyguard and tore them apart with his chainsword. For this feat, Lantus was assigned to join the Deathwatch after the Kronus Campaign had concluded.
Notable Achievements:
- Assisted in the retrieval and "gifting" of many relics and wargear for the Chapter
- Served with distinction in the Kronus Campaign
- Broke through Tau lines and personally slew the Ethereal Aun'El Shi'Ores, as well as his elite bodyguard unit
Appearance: Bald, scarred, has one service stud. Average in both height and weight for an Astartes.
Class: Tactical Marine
Personality: Stern, stoic, and disciplined, but occasionally delivers sarcastic barbs in a completely serious tone. Lantus is rather level-headed for an Astartes, and often advocates caution and stealth when facing enemies until a weak point in their ranks can be found. Once he is in the midst of combat, though, Lantus displays the fury and hatred for the enemies of the Imperium that any Space Marine would possess. Due to the events of Kronus and the Battle of Victory Bay, in which he was forced to fight and kill Guardsmen, Lantus is noticeably accommodating of and willing to work alongside the Imperial Guard, perhaps out of guilt for Victory Bay.
