Hey there, ladies and gents.

I'm Harlow. I'm 27, been text-based RPing since I was a teenager. I've belonged to a number of online communities focused on RPGs, but left the whole scene four-ish years ago. I'm looking to get back into the swing of things, and find some new friends to RP with. My favorite genre is medieval fantasy. My two favorite authors are Joseph Campbell and Kurt Vonnegut. I realize that might sound odd, considering my favorite genre, and I'm cool with that. I love videogames, anime, and I work by trade for a big-ass ad agency, doing design-y, wacky creative madness all day.

Hi I'm Jen. I'm in a similar position to you really. :) I'm 28 and used to do text-based RPing when I was younger (15ish?), then uni and life took me away from it. I'd love to get back into the swing of things, especially as I write a lot and I find text-based RPs are great for inspiration - as well as making new friends. :)

I love anything fantasy & adventure related (elves, heroes, romance etc.), and I also used to RP at 'Muddled Up Marauders'… although this was years ago now. Does anyone remember this??? Based on the Marauders from JK's Harry Potter. A little embarrassed to admit that now. Haha. ;-)

I also love video games (assassin's creed is a weakness for me), anime & drawing. I actually design and make wedding stationery for a living, but before that I was a children's book Illustrator/paper toy engineer and I do have a novel/comic on the go too (ongoing since 2008 - Genii Legend of the God Stones - you'll find it on Smackjeeves).

A bit nervous about stepping on anyones toes here, or going in where I shouldn't, so if anyone has an RP for me - please let me know. :) I tend to write in detailed paragraphs rather than 1 liners if that makes sense?
