Name: Emlyn Jyri Ampelios

Race: Human

Weapon: The Mirror- A giant chakram previously belonging to his sister, when thrown will return.

Transformation: A reflective metal fills the center of the chakram, turning it into a shield with a handle forming on the inward-center.
Note: The actual IC chakram is sharpened around 75% of the outer ring, and is much thinner than the picture, it was just difficult to find a good picture of one <D

Semblance: Covetous- Upon seeing the use of another Semblance, Emlyn will, for a short time, be able to use a much weaker version of it. This works only once per Semblance, with roughly two hours of cooldown needed in order to “covet” the same Semblance again. With Semblances that are continuous, the weakened version will last until he blinks, or a maximum of twenty seconds.
He cannot “store” more than one copy, nor can he hold onto them longer than an hour after seeing them, and during this hour the Coveted-Semblence will gradually become weakened to the point of ineffectiveness. He can however wipe the current copy from its queue to obtain another, however this also initiates the cooldown for that particular Coveted-Semblance, so they may not be juggled.
As well, his Semblance does not bestow him with mastery over the Semblance he covets, he obtains it in its raw (albeit very weakened) state, and that is all. No knowledge is transferred, and therefore the coveting of some Semblances becomes rather useless.

...I really don't have a problem at all with him, but...
He feels kinda...weak in the semblance department. I mean, Versatility wise, its amazing, but he can't use it more than twice without busting a nut.

That's fair, the two-limit rule was more to prevent OP. I could remove the minute cooldown between uses. Would that be alright?

(Also, Curious, how does he hold the shield with no handle? or does it form a handle too?)

Anyways on another topic, this looks like a pretty solid line up of players... what with the "What's Up People?" Death Note joke, a shared love of Streetlight Manifesto and Angel Beats Yuri refrence!? This ooc is awesome also I mean Irish and Lucy are here so that's cool too xD

The Yuri reference was in the middle of a large collection of Yuri pictures. Because every new person needs maor yuri.

Also, for Covert Guy, I think it would be less underpowered if he could take the semblence at face value, rather than it being watered down. Otherwise he just feels like trying to Tank a boss with a White Mage.
