New Titans Theme

This is a continuation of the Teen Titans television series, with small elements from the comic book series added in, such as their true names, which will be occasionally used, as well as other things.

It was a good twelve years after the defeat of Brushogun, the legend that turned out to be true, and the Teen Titans continued to bring justice to Jump City, a city on the west coast of the united states. Many things happened in those twelve years, but the only thing that hasn't changed was the status of Slade Wilson, who began to make his mark once again under the name of "Deathstroke". He continues to evade the titans, much to the aggravation of Robin, but his more recent attacks have become much more violent and destructive than before.

Two more "Teen Titans" groups have been created as well, with the Titans North living near the border between North America and Canada, and the Titans South being housed in Florida. With the exception of the original Teen Titans, known as the Titans West to the others, all of the groups have given their spot as a Teen Titan to another rising hero. With this, the Titans West are the oldest heroes that still go by the name Teen Titans.

While the Teen Titans have gotten better and stronger, the same can be said for their enemies, who can be equally as powerful, and in some cases require the full Western group of Titans to bring down. While the thought of passing the Titans West name has been joked about in the past, Robin is the only one of the group who does not think that taking in new heroes would be the best course of action.

In their most recent mission, the Teen Titans were barely able to win against their enemy, and having a new group of Teen Titans in Jump City isn't sounding like such a bad idea after all...

VILLAINS TO BE FACED

Blowout: Has the ability to make things explode at will (like Sparky Sparky Boom Man, without the third eye tattoo)
Lady T and Derrick: A brother and sister Pair. Lady T has a telepathic link with her brother, and makes him carry out her orders, no matter what they are. Derrick can create fields of energy with his mind, and can use them for several things.
Blindside: Can create a toxic smoke that is usually too thick to see through, and can turn into a cloud of smoke himself.
Oni Twins: Both Pyromancers, often work in tandem and as one singular being.
Motherboard: Powerful technopath, is insane and believes her actions are justified because she is "protecting her children"
Wave: Emits piercing sound-waves into the air, and can control the frequencies at will.
Vivienne and Rust: Vivienne is a sorceress that used her magic on the suit of armor, making it her guardian for her weak body.
Transplant: A man who loves to 'Frankenstein' things and make things out of scraps. His human body was injured in an earthquake and he moved his brain to a robotic body.

Free: An alien life form that believes his crimes 'free' people of their limitations.
Catalyst: Dying Alien trying to find a cure by any means necessary.
Observer: An alien who found a small human child and decided to raise it. He does whatever needs to be done for her, and enjoys watching the human race.

Recluse Her bite is posionous, she can stick to walls, and shoot webs.

Vi

Violet is an extremely short, light girl, standing at about 5'2ft and weighing only 100lbs. She's of obvious Asian decent as evident from her narrow eyes, tan skin, and glossy, black, asymmetrical hair. She has a round face, doll lips, a small nose, and two different colored eyes (one is brown and the other is tainted by the substance on her arms and face, turning it purple). Her hands and feet are very dainty, as is the rest of her body, and she walks with a sort of childlike grace that could only be obtained from the daughter of a rich family. Vi is rather shapeless, still yet to mature, and because of this she is much more quick than strong. She relies on her small and fast body to stay light on her feet and evasive in times of crisis. Most of her body is covered in a sticky, purple substance which doubles as her power. It was, apparently, worse in the past, but has since managed to simmer down to only decorate her arms and face in swirls of purple. Both her normal outfit and battle outfit are a short sleeved, bright red and gold cheongsam shirt, matching red flowers in her hair, baggy, cream colored sweatpants that tighten at her calves, and red, silken slip-on shoes. She will at times dawn a hoodie though, mostly because she is still a bit self conscious about the taint on her face.

Skills:

Baguazhang Martial Arts: Only knows the basics. A martial arts that uses quick yet weak (in her case) jabs and evasive maneuvers. Vi uses this skill in fights often, especially when conjuring up projectiles.

Music: Violet is a surprisingly gifted musician, and can play plenty of songs with her six-hole ocarina or hand-crafted, wooden flute.

Origami: Paper airplanes, paper flowers, paper cranes, paper anything! If you give her a big enough sheet and a nice enough idea Vi will try her best to recreate it in paper.

Meditation: Gained from searching for a way to control her power. Violet can get very deep into her meditation, so deep that she will at times not even react to the world around her.

Powers:

Taint: The purple that stains her body can be used as small projectiles and tentacle-like whips. Touching it would feel like touching acid or a hot flame. Despite having had this power for most of her remembered life, Vi does loose control of it easily. Also, if it is used too much it begins to spread, both over her body and wherever she happens to be standing, and if someone (friend or foe) were to touch her arms or face without protection they would be burned. Mostly controlled by her emotions.

- Projectiles: Small, purple spikes that are summoned when Vi feels perfect focus. Their speed and damaged is dependent on how calm she is at the time. Produce both explosive and thermal results upon contact with obstacles and enemies. Her best and easiest to control attack.

- Whips: Long, tentacle-like whips that are summoned when Vi feels meager rage. The angrier she is, the more whips appear, but for most of the time they connect to her arms and act as extensions of her body. Burns if touched. Hard to control.

- Skating: Vi can skate across any hard surface with the taint if she is feeling complete grace. The taint leaks from the soles of her feet/shoes and gives her the ability to slide across almost any surface with little resistance. Does not work in extremely cold climates and is mostly used as an evasive technique.

- Leaping: Violet can use the taint to leap high into the air by forming puddles of it beneath her feet and throwing it upwards. She must be feeling great joy to use this attack. The puddles can also be summoned midair to keep her off the ground if needed, but this is only possibly if she is completely concentrated on her emotions. They can only be used her Vi.

Mithridatism: Because of her basically poison-tainted skin, Violet is surprisingly resistant to most other gases and doses of poison. While she isn't totally immune, she can definitely stay up longer than most against lethal injections and other intakes. She is currently trying to train herself to be completely immune.

Personality:
Despite not remembering anything of her past up to the age of thirteen and despite often being ridiculed for her strangely purple ways, Vi isn't a brooding sort. In fact, she is surprisingly sweet and childish, often smiling in any situation and remaining lighthearted even if she isn't meant to. She can be a bit too childish at times, though, as she often pulls pranks on her teammates or becomes a bit selfish and ornery for dumb reasons. However, Violet does know when a fight is a fight, and can become serious if she really needs to, which is honestly best for the whole team. She can be surprisingly perceptive, though she usually isn't the brightest around. Violet can also be overprotective of her teammates at times, but still likes to bother them herself as her ideology for that is:

"Only I'M allowed to bug these morons!"

Vi, though she appears innocent most of the time, could be considered a pathological liar, and often lies to get out of awkward situations or take things that are not her's despite knowing it's wrong. Despite that, she has a strong sense of justice and tries her best to do the right thing, even though she is easily tempted. Other than that, Violet is a girl who enjoys video games, music, and flowers. She can have a bit of a temper but is easy to calm if given sweets or something enjoyable to do. There are days when she can be quiet and cryptic (this usually happens when the Taint begins to "ache") but she usually spends them alone, in her room.

Backstory:
Violet doesn't remember anything of her past before the age of thirteen, so it shall be revealed in the game. Here's a hint though.

Ryan can create ice out of thin air, and create specific shapes out of ice. He can also cool the area around him by exerting energy, but he cannot make the temperature rise back to normal, as that has to be done naturally. He has no control over water or liquids when in a liquid state, but can control them once frozen either by his touch or another force. With all Cryomancers, he does not bode well in the heat, and has to constantly cool the area around him to keep at a regular state.
Personality: Ryan is calm and kind, and thinks of others before himself. He understands that not everyone makes it back from a battle, but is willing to do everything he can to make sure that his friends and teammates are safe. While he has worked with other before, he does prefer to be in either a small team or by himself. He tends to do this because it's much easier to keep track of a small group rather than a large one.

Rumble Piltover

Name: Rumble Piltover Aka "Galaxian"

Age: 14

Gender: Male

Appearance: Rumble Himself Venator Rex

Skills: - Inventor: He can create a large variety of things, though he has a bad habit of making things that have a bit more style then substance. Generally good working with and repairing electronics.

- Pilot: Does it have an engine? He can probably figure out how to drive it. His small size is sometimes an obstacle but he usually finds a way to make it work.

- Acrobatic: Rumble is quite light on his feet. Rollerblading, dancing, this kid does it all. While he is hard to catch, overall this doesn't convert well into combat ability. He has flashy fighting moves but his tiny limbs are a huge obstacle in delivering smack downs like the champ he is.

Powers: Sensitive ears and nose similar to a dog's. That's just about it, unless you can count over the top stylishness and charm to be a supernatural ability. He does. However, the robot he pilots, the "Venator Rex" is a robot he designed himself with quite a few tricks up it's sleeves.

- Drill: Doesn't need much explanation. He has a drill arm that can be used to bust or otherwise burrow through things. Pretty destructive, but mostly fun to use. Rumble spends a lot of time replacing drill bits on his machine just because of how quickly he tends to wear them out.

- Flamethrower: Does what it says on the tin. It fires flames out in a cone. It is said that Rumble packed the thing with various chemicals to make the flames look pretty, but it doesn't improve their performance and most people would say it's a silly waste of resources. Looking good has a price to pay. In other atmospheres this flamethrower could turn stone to magma, but in this lame oxygen and nitrogen based atmosphere it's not much more effective then a human made flamethrower. Did he mention earth atmosphere was lame?

- Drill Missiles: Their missiles, but with drills. It's unknown why the drill head was a necessary edition, but no one can argue that they don't look cool.

- Force Field: Venator has a force field generator within his robot that can help to absorb attacks. This force field can't withstand repeated blows and drains his suits power, rendering his weapons and other systems unusable until he disables it or it breaks. If the shield shatters it will fry his robots circuits and drain his battery, which makes Rumble a sitting duck. He also hasn't been able to keep up with his insurance payments and it's annoying fixing things with his own measly funds on earth.

- Propulsion System: The Venator Rex was once a vessel capable of interplanetary travel and could take him to other galaxies in a matter of hours. However, this propulsion system requires a special type of fuel not found on earth or any of it's nearby planets, basically sticking Rumble on earth until his kind find him. His suit will take earth regulation jet fuel, but this doesn't make his suit capable of anything more then quick bursts of speed. Space travel was cool, man.

- Specter Gloves: The most recent addition to Venator, the robot can swap it's drill, flamethrower or both for a set of hands allowing it to grab and manipulate things. Better yet, he's invented the specter gloves, a pair of high tech gloves that will make his robot mimic his hand gestures. These gloves even give tactile feedback to simulate actually touching things; handy for delivering smack down with his own hands or playing rock paper scissors against giants. A common problem he has.

Personality: Rumble is a showoff. A gigantic showboating showoff who loves to show how cool he is. He is pretty cool, don't get me wrong, but nobody can be as cool as his super hero alter ego requires. He would need to achieve immortality and study for many many moons to become so cool. He's working on it though.

Underneath his impenetrable shield of an ego also lies a very intelligent mind who loves to build things, just like any other of his kind. However, he's very short tempered and impatient. He sometimes has trouble with authority and taking orders, but he always does his best to act for the greater good. While he mostly uses his superhero identity to showboat even more then he normally does, his ideals are very much in line with that of justice and doing the right thing. It's just important that he tries to put others before himself more often since he can be selfish from time to time

Backstory: Back in Rumble's home planet he's something of a young superstar. With the assistance of his inventions he had developed a reputation for fighting crime and looking good whilst doing it. He had it all; money, fame, his face was also on 15 brands of tooth paste, cereal boxes, and many other things. However, he wasn't one to just sit idly by while crime in other places happened so he would travel. It is said by certain members of his race that Rumble was simply too young to be in the spotlight and that all the attention would rush to his head. He was a smart kid but eventually he was going to push things too hard, and knowing our intrepid hero he of course did.

Rumble was chasing down a notorious space pirate fleet in the space between galaxies, light years away from any inhabitable planet. A large battle ensued. Rumble was completely outmatched and outgunned. Despite his skill piloting his mech the pirates were simply too much for him, and they escaped, leaving Rumble behind with a damaged mech, little remaining fuel and a lot of shame. His navigation system was in shambles, so his only option was to move in a random direction and stew over how awful of a job he had done in the feint hope someone would find him. He went through space for days until he ran out of fuel, but fortunately earth had him in it's gravitational pull and he was brought down, flaming and smoldering towards the planet below.

Since then Rumble has be adjusting to life among humans while working on a way to return home. Venator had to go through some significant downgrades since earth lacked some of the materials required for his parts, but he's happy with the result. Things have been pretty stable, he liked earth just fine, but he was going to tear his fur out in boredom if he didn't find something exciting to do while he tries to find a way home.

I understand that he is technically a character that already exists, but this version of him is based on an unlock able skin that has no real back story or lore. I was toying with an alien race idea for a long time, and while I had some ideas I decided that this was basically what I wanted it to be. I spent a lot of time trying to come up with a different concept until my brain said "SCREW THIS LISTEN TO YOUR HEART MAN." My heart thought the idea was pretty righteous so I went with it. I get it if you don't want to accept it for that reason though.

Every decision that Judah is faced with, Alexis and Nicola give him two choices that are very different, depending on what he decides on depends on which set of powers he gets. If he chooses a neutral path his powers don’t change.
Angel form (Alexis): Flight via wings, Light bow and arrows, “Blessings” basically making others stronger/heal faster/feel rejuvenated, Shields, and a sword made of fire, pacifying voice (works great with crowd control, not so much villains), empathy, telepathy

Personality: Despite claims that he has three, he really only has one. A good way to describe that personality will be indecisive, purely because of the not-so-imaginary Angel and Demon on his shoulders. He talks to himself a lot, but rarely out loud. He seems to change from chaotic to orderly at seemingly no cause. He is quiet and paranoid of everything, constantly looking in every direction it seems.
Backstory: His parents, one a priest, one a born again Luciferian worshiper, constantly pulled Judah to one side or the other during his childhood. He never got a say in anything and was an object to both his parents , a blank canvas to be converted to one religion or the other. This all changed when both of them ended up winning, bringing forth a demon from heaven through prayer, his father gave his son power to overcome his mother’s torture while his mother made a sacrifice and brought forth a demon to save her son from being forced to go to church and a life without any sin. They both did this on the same day, with each being, the angel Alexis, and the demon Nicola arriving to his presence to possess his body at once. For months he acted strangely, his red hair faded to a grey, one of his eyes blackened and he talked to himself a lot. He had trouble even making basic decisions, and when he did they were either chaotic or orderly. He eventual realized how much of an impact his choices had and ran away from home in the middle of the night, fading into shadow with a pentagram burned into the floor and a cross etched into the ceiling. He had begun to understand who the voices were, and just what they could do for him, the only choices that remained were when to follow who’s advice.
