[OOC] Decay: An Apocalyptic NRP

Summary of this RP
In 2016, a virus develops in Asia and quickly spreads world-wide. The virus is like a cold-like virus, but deadly where the person with it can die within a day or so. The countries don't know the cold was a deadly virus until their hospitals were full and the people got upset. The people are losing hope as their loved ones are either sick or have died, so they took to the streets and protest about it. It's the countries' job to stop the virus for spreading anymore and to keep it's people calm; yet, they must keep civilization for falling and keep themselves safe from the virus. Have fun!

The Rulebook
1) This is going to be a Character-centric RP.
2) Be realism. So no nuking your cities, or large walls that are 50ft, domes, etc.
3) Think before you post something on the IC. Because, you'll not be able to edit you posts.
4) No Godmodding, etc.
5) Bitch towards each other, you will get a warming.
6) No cure for this virus.
7) People will become unhappy when you start killing them or put them in Quarantine zones with force or anything that will piss them off.
8) This RP isn't about winning or losing. It's about the story.
9) You need to be able to post high-casual to advance posts.

Hmm, kind of an awkward place for the virus to begin in North Korea, but I can live with it. The virus is in a mountainy area with very little amounts of people. But, it splits NK in half. So, interesting...
