I always saw the ghouls as more scavenger than predator. Hence as light infantry.

Character Sheet (a work in progress)

Name: Jack Ford
Country of origin: England
Specialty: Sniper
Appearance: (picture coming soon)
Bio: Jack Ford was born in London, England. He watched his family die at a young age during the siege of London and was adopted by his rescuers, the unit of paranormal combat troops who found him. The troops trained him like one of their new recruits and he became a skilled soldier quickly. After an incident during an ambush where the invaders disabled the weapons of his troop he adopted the use of a combat bow used by one of his fallen comrades for his hobby of archery during his down time. Although he is often seen in high spirits and eager to engage the enemy Jack has a dark side that manifests when his post dramatic stress disorder, alcoholism and depression get the worse of him.
Personality: Jack Ford is an alcoholic although this rarely obstructs him from completing his goal. He is a traditionalist and takes old tech to the extreme using a combat bow for sniping his enemies. He advocates the bow because of it's silent kills and sometimes he attaches small explosives to the end of the arrows for more challenging targets. He is prone to mood swings due to his post traumatic stress disorder but he is usually optimistic. He also carries a hunting knife for melee combat although he does not have as much confidence in close quarters.

So far but you might want to change the weaponry. If you use firearms, it will help distinguish yourself from the enemy when you rescue civilians. The bow and arrow is similar to the weapons the light infantry use. A silenced sniper rifle with subsonic rounds would be just as quiet. For midrange, a pistol with the same configuration would be good for stealth. Your knife would be perfect for close range.

Two questions. Will we be able to play friendly supernatural beings/humans? And will we fight less mainstream creatures as well as typical ones? Like I dunno, a Kitsune. Or a Jabberwocky :P

Normal humans are a definite. Friendly supernatural folk I might be iffy with--as it will be harder to integrate within the story. I do intend to have game play and story heavily integrated if possible. However, if they are not too off in appearance, that could be arranged. After all, you are to play as a ParaCom Operative, which majority are typical humans. If your character is revealed to be one of the enemy, things will not be pretty in other words.

The less mainstream will be region dependent, as they aren't as far flung as their old chestnut counterparts. The OOC is open and the RP has not started yet so there will be plenty of possibilities. Boss battles will be an option.

TLDR version of my post: Don't ask, don't tell if your operative is supernatural and the unique are ALWAYS a possibility!

Should he be seen by civvies though? Going off of it, he seems pretty stealthy.
Plus, I think a shitton of body armor will be distinguishing Jack enough. I mean, have you seen that armor in xcom? Holy shit!

Oh yeah! Also, we WILL for certain have the dreaded Terror Site missions hence my warning about civvies. I will also clarify and elaborate on my meanings with another sneak peek: Vampires will be present as spy and infiltration units.

I thought of them as a more competent Thin Men, as they will do what they're touted to do.

Reptilians will be in the RP too and they will be our Seekers, taking cue from chameleons.
