"Of course they were easy, they were just the scouting squad to see what they were dealing with." Grant stated as he served everyone their food. He then sat down, a very serious look on his face. "If you didn't kill them, they'd report to their boss--the real issue and obstacle. I didn't think she would attack IN Stigma...I'm more than sure they would find a way to track us down as well."

Nadeline bit her lip lightly. She didn't want to think it was true, but the truth of the matter had been laid out in front of her. The blonde found it somewhat difficult to have an appetite after hearing this. Sure, she was glad they had been easily disposed of, but it was just one more enemy they had to worry about. Vincent, Ixion, Harris, Reia...it seemed as if everyone in Ivalice was the enemy now. She carefully drank her coffee, thinking to herself. It was truly worrisome. All of them seemed to have a target on their backs, with Wesley being the sole exception: Emiri was wanted for her power, Jaakuna for his status as a disgraced prince, Savayna for betraying her country, and herself and Grant for being in Reia's way of ruling.

Emiri took out the would-be assassin's dagger, placing in on the table for all to see. "I don't think I've ever seen this dagger from any of the known clans that I know about." She told them, contemplating the identity. "That would mean whoever it is that Reia hired is not well known, which makes it more difficult to anticipate their move."

"Then perhaps we should lay low?" Grant suggested. "Or at least, keep our activity away from any major cities?"

Nadeline nodded. "On the farthest shores of the river of time... shrouded deep in the roiling Mist... the holy land sleeps: Giruvegan. That should be our next location." She spoke. "It is said that with a certain key, we may gain access to it. I believe this 'key' is the same thing that was in the Tomb of Raithwall." She looked at Jaakuna. "In Giruvegan lies the next Esper, however...flying there is not an option. It is located in the Jagd Difohr, beyond the Feywood, cloaked in a Mist greater than anything in Ivalice. I do not recommend flying the Ifrit through this unless you are absolutely sure it can handle it."

When Grant suggested that they lay low and avoid any of the major cities, Jaakuna would agree with them, though Wesley couldn't help but think that his home of Dalmasca would be safe. Perhaps he was just too stubborn at the moment to accept that his home was no longer a safe place for him to be at. Wesley wouldn't say anything just cause he didn't know what to say. That's around the time that Emiri pulled out the strange dagger. Wesley sure didn't recognize the design of it. Jaakuna remembered the dagger and even having all the time to think about it he didn't recognize the design of it. Savayna really had no idea either.

When they all contemplated the next course of action, Nadeline would recite something that she most likely memorized from her tomb. It was about the Ancient Capital of Giruvegan. She would further go on to say that in Giruvegan, that's where they'll find the next esper. Nadeline would also say that cause of where they would have to go to access Giruvegan, flying to it would be suicide. She would also state that unless Jaakuna was absolutely sure that the Ifrit can make it, then the plan of action would be to go on foot.

Jaakuna thought about it. He knew that his ship was one of the best that Ivalice had in its entirety, and he had the most absolute confidence that the Ifrit could make it. "My baby has been through more rough patches than flying through a heavy mist field. Don't worry, she can make it through it." Jaakuna boasted loudlywith overwhelming confidence.

Wesley chuckled at Jaakuna's confidence. "With that matter out of the way, perhaps we should eat our food so that we can at least tackle this full strength?" Wesley suggested as he would start digging into his food. Savayna and Jaakuna followed his lead. Whatever the troubles that may or may not plague them today, they would tackle it after breakfast.

The three Rozarrians ate in silence, each one buried in their own thoughts. As their destination was set, Emiri wondered if it was still a good idea to leave the ship. The best thing to do would be to leave right away, so maybe seeing her father was out of the question. She did pocket the dagger again, deciding that if they were attacked again, they would be ready. She made a mental note to ask Jaakuna for his armory again, though seeing as how most of them didn't have their usual weapons, she was sure they'd probably go to it soon. She was liking the Artemis Bow, but she needed to restock on arrows.

"Well, we had better make sure we are prepared. Do we need anything?" Grant asked, finished with his food.

Everyone would eat in silence. The information that they all just got was a lot to take in and now they would just try to get their strength and fuel to full capacity. It wouldn't be long until they each finished, though Grant was the first one to complete his food. He would go on to ask that if they needed to get anything. All Jaakuna really needed was to go by his armory and go get reequip himself of his weapon. Though, he had to admit that he had grown quite fond of the Gungnir. As he would shake his head that he didn't think he needed anything, Wesley would think about that as well. He was very content with his Yagyu Darkblade and Demon Shield. So, he like Jaakuna, would shake his head as well. Savayna knew that they had to stock up on supplies, especially if they're going to be away from any major city for a good while.

Wiping off her mouth with a napkin, Savayna would speak. "I think we should stock up on supplies."She said. "The ladies will do that since you boys probably don't know what's what. Plus, you know, girl time." She said rather shockingly, but nothing real shocking about it. Savayna was a girl, after all.

Wesley would chuckle at what Savayna said. "Very well then. I do believe that answers your question, Grant." He said wiping his mouth off with his napkin. " Then, I guess us guys will do some weapon shopping just in case Jaakuna doesn't have anything that strikes our fancy." Wesley said placing his hand upon his mouth and head resting on his palm. "So, we'll meet back here in an hours time?" Wesley asked.

Jaakuna shugged. "That sounds fine to me."
Savayna shrugged as well. "Yeah that works for me."
Wesley nodded. "Then it's settled. In one hour, we depart for Giruvegan."

Nadeline and Emiri exchanged looks with one another. Going out with Savayna didn't sound fun at all, though each girl had their own reasons. Emiri was still somewhat miffed that she had interrupted (again) her and Jaakuna. Nadeline didn't quite appreciate her making fun of her disaster in the kitchen. Not like they had much of a choice, since apparently the choice was made for them. Emiri then got up, clearing the table as Nadeline decided to get into something a little more casual. Once she got to her room, she changed into an over sized sweater that reached her thighs, along with some shorts, thigh highs and a pair of sneakers. She wandered on back to the kitchen, where Emiri had finished cleaning up. The pair decided to wait for Savayna at the beaming station.

So, not long after the groups would split up, the ladies would head off first as Emiri and Nadeline would already head to the Beaming Station. In a matter of five minutes, Savayna would join the two girls as she would have on a very casual outfit, which included a pair of dim green cargo pants held up by a simple black bet. She had red shoes on that had white laces and soles. She also had a dark salmon tank top that came to a stop just inches above her belly button. She would then motion the ladies to follow her and in half of a minute, they would be beamed down to the Stigma Aerodome. And thus they would be off to gather supplies.

Meanwhile, the guys were also getting ready to depart for the weapon shopping. Or at the very least, getting some other things that they might need. Jaakuna and Wesley would let Grant lead the way for this trip. He knows the ins and outs of Stigma and with the raised awareness of the looming threat from Reia, perhaps it would be smarter for them to let someone who knows the layouts such as Grant. Before they would leave, however, Wesley went to his room and just put on the clothes he had from the day before. It was what he always wore. "Okay, let's get moving." Jaakuna suggested, and Wesley nodded in agreement.

The girls walked through the streets relatively unhindered. At this time, most of the citizens of Stigma were working leaving only hunters and the like occupying taverns and whatnot. Nadeline led the way, which put Emiri slightly to shame. It was her home, too, but so much had changed. It wasn't something that she didn't expect, as six years was a long time for a big city, especially a capital, but it was jarring. She recognized the buildings themselves, but several business had either expanded or had been entirely replaced. As they passed the plaza, she couldn't help but think about the hospital again. This was probably going to be her last chance in some time, all things considered. This was also a good opportunity to perhaps make another visit. She had nothing to fear, she had her power.

Once they reached the item shop, the three went on in, Nadeline looked around, waving to a few people. "Alright, I think maybe we should stock up on some Remedies." She said, leading them down an aisle.

Emiri stopped in her tracks, deciding now was as good a time as ever. They would take about ten to fifteen minutes at most. That was all she needed. "You guys go ahead and get what we need. I need to do something." She told them, placing a hand on her hip. "I should be back before you're finished."

Nadeline stared at Emiri. What could possibly be so important? Before she could protest, however, the brunette disappeared before their eyes. She ust have used her power. She rolled her eyes, looking at the blonde. Great. She shrugged, and resumed looking for Remedies.
The trip was quiet, but not unpleasant. Grant liked when the streets were sparse, it made things much easier when it came to traveling. A few people here and there would bow or give words of greeting to the prince, to which he would return. He led the two to the local weapon shop and looked back at them. "Don't worry about the pay. I'll make sure to cover it." He said as he entered.
Emiri's footsteps were the only ones heard as she walked the halls of the palace. It had been some time, but this much remained exactly the same. As she reached the door to Reia's office, she was surprised to find it open. She walked right in, seeing that Reia had several guests with her. Several of them were dressed very similarly, each one bearing a cloak. It seemed the uniform differed from male and female, though they were all kneeling before Reia and one other person. She recognized the hilt of her blade, it was the same as the dagger she had. She looked at Reia, who sat on her seat and she too had her eyes on her guest. Said guest was a very tall woman, though she was dressed very unusually. It was as if her violet bodysuit was a second skin, easily showing off nearly everything she had to offer, though she bore armor on her legs, arms and chest. Her chocolate colored hair was in a high ponytail, and her face was pale with green eyes. It seemed she was the leader of these assassins.

Emiri sat on Reia's desk, taking out the dagger, and she gripped it in her hand. She took in a deep breath. One screw up and she'd end up in jail, or worse. Time resumed for everyone, and suffice to say they were quite surprised when their new guest appeared out of thin air and sitting on top of the Empress' desk, no doubt. Emiri stared right at the green eyed woman, who had a rather curious look on her face. "Look at her, she's gorgeous." She said, her voice clearly in awe, and she bit her lip. "So you're the one with the princess? I think I want to keep this one as a pet." She giggled lightly, her eyes examining Emiri's body.

While surprised, Emiri didn't break her composure. She held out her arm, showing the dagger to both the mysterious woman and Reia. "What are you doing here, Emelia?" Reia asked, clearly just as surprised as she was.

"I wanted to see what I was dealing with...as well as show off what you're messing with." Emiri said.

The brunette giggled once more, lightly placing her finger on her lower lip. "Oh, I could just eat you up. I hope the rest are just as beautiful as you are. Emelia, is it? Though word around the street is that you go by another name these days." She sighed, walking up to the desk. She placed both of her hands on either side of Emiri, staring at her like she was a starving child looking into a candy store. "By the gods, your description doesn't do you justice! That smooth skin, the soft hair, and those eyes...Yes, I'll be sure to keep you all to myself." She said, smiling. "I'll have everyone pin you down while I make sure to murder the rest of them. Then I can tie you up and have you all to myself. How does that sound, my cute little pet?"

"No deal." Emiri responded, now pointing the dagger at her. Obviously this woman was crazy. The other ninja assembled placed their hands on their weapons in unison, though the woman waved at them.

"I'm glad. I like a challenge." She replied cheerfully, now standing up straight. "My name is Lola, and I'm going to be your future mistress, so remember it well, alright my cute little pet?"

Great, another nickname. Emiri now looked at Reia. "How far you've fallen, Majesty, that you would make sure your own brother and niece are slain. But now, you've forced my hand." She told her stabbing the dagger onto her desk. "Because now you have me to deal with."

Iris let out a cheer, though Reia only raised an eyebrow. "Is that a threat?"

Emiri hopped off the desk, turning to her. "Think you can defeat time?"

"No. But I am more than positive Lola can defeat you."

The tension in the air was thick. Lola walked on over to Emiri, lightly running her fingers through her ponytail. "Hmm...Run far, little pet, while you still can. I'll let you have a head start--your friends are at the Item and Weapon Shops, right?" She hummed as she gently took Emiri's chin in her hand. "I have eyes and ears all over. There isn't a place I won't find you. That little stunt from yesterday was just me giving out a fair warning to you, little pet. I needed to make sure that I could indeed harm the girl of time." As she spoke, she placed her other hand on the back of her shoulder--where the assassin from yesterday had gotten her. "Looks like you're power is only as good as you are. Which is good...makes things more fun~" She placed her thumb on Emiri's lower lip. "I could take you now, but that wouldn't be any fun, would it? That and I need the whole set together."

The woman couldn't possibly be serious right now. The way she spoke betrayed her skill. Emiri narrowed her eyes at Lola, who only smiled back. She let go of Emiri, waving her away. "Run along, my cute little pet. Though I should say, I'm rather disappointed that you have a boyfriend. Makes things much too easy. I hurt you once and he goes into a flying rage." Lola continued, taking Emiri's seat on the desk, and she took the dagger into her own hands. "I wonder, would you react the same way when we hurt him? Well...we'll find out real soon."

Emiri placed her hand on her hip, taking a pen from Reia's desk. "I look forward to seeing you on the battlefield, then." She stated, tossing the pen up in the air. Once in landed on the ground, she disappeared from view. Lola let out a shriek of pleasure, turning back to Reia. "Please, please let me keep her, she's too cute, I need her!" She begged.

Reia stared at the spot where Emiri had been. She closed her eyes, though she smiled.

As the three ladies went on their way, Nadeline would suggest stocking up on Remedies. Savayna agreed with that. One could never have too many remedies and especially if they're going to be gone from big cities for such a long time. They would continue more and Emiri would say that she had something important to do. Savayna didn't know what she had to do, but Emiri promised that she would be back before everyone was finished. Savayna would just shrug and give a slight wave as Emiri departed.

Savayna and Nadeline were on their own and actually this is what Savayna had wished in the beginning. She knew that the princess was probably curious about what happened between herself and Grant. So she would sigh and speak. "Okay, go ahead and ask. I know you're just dying to know how things went with Grant and I." She said sighing. "So, just ask on already."
The three guys were currently in the Items and WEapons shop, and Grant would go on to say that he's paying. Or at the very least, he would make sure to cover it. Jaakuna looked to Wesley and he did the same to Jaakuna and they then looked to Grant with rather wide grins. It was like Jaakuna for him to do that, but it was a rare sight when Wesley did it. They didn't wait for Grant to respond to whatever weirdness overtook them and they would scatter in the shop, looking around.

Wesley would first go to the section that had the swords and other such weapons. He knew that Nadeline had lost her rapier a while back, so WEsley thought it would be nice of him to get her a weapon of the same kind like her previous one, but of higher quality. He would look around and he saw many rapiers of different sizes, shapes, and colors. There were so many to choose from and Wesley didn't know which Nadeline would prefer. They had ones with colored blades, colored hilts, different handguard designs. There was just so many to decide between. When Wesley was about to give up on the search for the perfect one for Nadeline, he saw one showcased above them all. This rapier was laced with beautiful silver and blue hues all over and a certain gold tint that just made it perfect for her. It was just so elegant and as he would take it out of the case, Wesley knew it was of the highest caliber. "This is perfect for her." WEsley said as he would take it and wait for the other two to finish.

Jaakuna surely had a lot of weapons in his armory, but he can always use more. He went from the swords to the spears and even he found himself looking at the bombs and measures. Sure, there were some that really were awesome looking. There was even a Gunblade of legend, but Jaakuna wouldn't go for those — not yet. He really didn't know why, but Jaakuna found himself attracted to the dagger section section, but more specifically these two long daggers/short swords that just had a certain appeal to Jaakuna. Both had a black core, but integrated into the blades was a certain and specific design, but one had maroon on bold red and the other had maroon on grey. Jaakuna lifted both up them up. He wanted to test how they worked in his hands and they were perfect. There was just something about these two short swords that spoke to Jaakuna. "Yup, this is so me." Jaakuna said nodding in approval.

Wesley and Jaakuna would soon make their way back to Grant. They both looked at him as they each had their own weapon. Jaakuna looked to Wesley. "I didn't peg you as a Raper type of guy, Wesley." He said.

"This isn't for me. It's for Nadeline. She lost her old one back when we were arrested by your grandfather and I just thought she could use a new one." Wesley said embarrassed slightly.

JAakuna looked at the Rapier. "And it helps that it costs almost a million in gil." Jaakuna smirked.

Wesley puffed up a smile. "And what about you? Those two swords easy come to about a half of a mil." Wesley laughed.

Jaakuna puffed. "Oh hush, will you." He said. Wesley laughed again.

As the trio split up, Grant couldn't help but notice a golden greatsword situated behind the counter. It was decorated with about a hundred different tiny jewels. It was just about the gaudiest thing he had ever laid eyes on. The price was hefty as well. Who in the world would ever think to buy such a thing? He wrinkled his nose in disgust, though caught the eye of the cashier. "Ah, Your Highness, welcome." He bowed deeply to Grant, though straightened up. "A thousand apologies but the Greatsword you are looking at i a special commission reserved for a priority customer. It is made of the purest gold and metal ores to harden it, as well as numerous diamonds. Of course if my lord wills it, I could always ask the blacksmith to make my lord another?"

"Oh gods no, that thing is an abomination--no. Just...no. What I do need is a good dozen or so packs of ammunition, if you would please." The fact that someone would actually want the gaudy sword almost made him throw up a little. The clerk did smile, as if completely understanding Grant. The prince shuddered lightly, though the clerk happily stacked the ammo he needed into a pouch. At this point Wesley and Jaakuna joined him. "Oh, and whatever they choose." He lazily waved at the weapons they held, though when he saw the rapier in Wesley's hands, he couldn't help but raise an eyebrow. "I didn't think you were the type to wield a rapier." He commented lightly, though at that point, he did remember something. "Ah, also the quiver and as many arrows that can fit, with extra set."

"What kind of arrow, sir?"

"The best available." Within seconds the clerk managed to supply Grant with the quiver he requested and the extra arrows. He slung the quiver over his shoulder and clasped the pouch to his belt. Once he took the extra box of arrows, he produced an amethyst and gave it to the clerk. "That should cover this and my last tab, feel free to keep whatever is left."

"Many thanks, Highness, do enjoy the rest of your day."

Grant turned to his companions. "Let's get going, shall we?"
It's funny how much Savayna knew Nadeline already. Still, she knew better than to harass a former general for information, so she had preoccupied herself with the shopping they needed. But now it was different. And Savayna had no one to blame but herself at this point. "How did it go?" She asked her curiously.
Emiri walked to the hospital, traversing the halls until she reached her father's room. When she opened the door, she noticed the room was empty. She wondered if he had been discharged already. She couldn't help but feel a pang of guilt, if only she hadn't run away, they could have talked for a little more. Letting out a wistful sigh, she grasped her necklace, The heavy heart pendant matched her own heart in its weight, but she decided there was nothing she could do. She closed the door and began walking out, though a butterfly distracted her for a moment. It was small and all white, and pretty. Once it was out of her sight, she continued to walk, though she did spot a familiar face at the front desk.

"Papa!" She called out, running to him.

Andre turned at the sight of her voice. It wasn't until she was close that she realized he was fully armored. She didn't understand, he was just injured, wasn't he? "I'm glad I got to see you again." He told her happily.

"Papa...where...where are you going?" She asked him, concerned.

"Back to work, of course."

"I thought you were hurt, how could they send you back out so soon?" She couldn't believe it. "You can't possibly be well already! You could barely stand yesterday!"

Andre smiled and patted her head gently. "Duty calls. Do take care, my daughter. Till next we meet." He told her. She watched him leave, completely in disbelief. She wanted to run after him, to stop him, but was well aware there was nothing she could do. Her hands were clenched into fists, and she silently cursed herself. Of course she couldn't understand. He had a responsibility to his country, to his family. Not like she would know since she ran away from hers. Sighing once again, she left the hospital and made her way back to the Item Shop.

Savayna smiled when Nadeline had asked her. She would just walk on when Nadeline finished up the shopping "Well, when we left you two last night, we walked. It was pretty awkward and silent for about five minutes and then I just asked him about it all. First, I apologized about pretty much everything and for calling him all of those ridiculous nicknames. Of course, he accepted and he would express how he wanted to speak in private away from you two. Then, I asked him about how he felt about my admission to him. He told me he was flattered, can you believe it?" She said smiling as she recalled the conversation. "Though, he did admit that he thought of all people, I would hate him. And you know what I told him? I said I did, at first anyways. It was the fucking beach and when he caught me in his arms. Curse him and his manly build." She found herself laughing, but in a good way. "Then I told him that even though I liked him a lot, it was stupid cause he was a prince and I was just a stupid whore, but then something quite wonderful happened." She said looking to the clear, blue skies, birds flying as she gazed upon it.

"He told me that if there wasn't anything tying us down — not statuses, titles — not a single thing, would I still think it was stupid and silly. Of course you can imagine my surprise when he spoke those words to me. I answered with the simple answer of yes, but then I stated that it wasn't here nor there. And I started to walk away from it, but of course, he wouldn't let me. He actually said that he wanted to try; or at least have a chance to try. He took my hand by this point. I was happy, thrilled, and utterly terrified; but it was mostly happy. For the first time since Jaakuna, someone actually wanted me. And he said the most wonderful thing ever." She said smiling, even a slight giggle came out. "He told me he liked me too. After all the shit I did to him and vise-versa, he likes me." Savayna just realized that she sounded just like Emiri and Nadeline. "So, that's the entire bit." She said letting out a sigh of relief and also a laugh of relief as well.
When they left the shop, Jaakuna had his new swords attached to each of his hips and Wesley was had Nadeline's new weapon attached to his back. They would head back to the Ifrit, and Wesley would walk and just speak. "So, Grant, I do hope everything went okay last night for you and Savayna?" He asked. Jaakuna would hear and instantly raised an eyebrow. "Oh boy, what has she done now? I tell ya, that woman is a handful." Jaakuna said nodding as he agreed with himself.

Grant rolled his eyes at Jaakuna's remark. "She's not a handful. And it was fine." He told Wesley with a slight shrug. Yeah, it went fine. Much better after he actually got to talk to her in private. Of course that was neither here or there, nor was he the type to publicly kiss and tell anyway. Not that they kissed. Yet. "Everything went fine."
Nadeline let out a somewhat dreamy sigh at the end of Savayna's recollection. She could hardly believe what she was saying, she had no idea Grant could actually be so romantic. She couldn't believe he would actually admit to her that he liked her! That was amazing! She grinned from ear to ear, clearly enjoying this softer side of Savayna. She was actually happy for her too, she just seemed so miserable last night. But all's well that ends well, right? She lightly nudged Savayna.. "Well then congratulations, now let's see if you can make him less serious." She cheerfully replied.

When Wesley would say that she's not a handful, Jaakuna did the 'hmph' laughing sound, but he would just leave at that. He didn't know what was going on between the two of them, but he genuinely wished them well. "I really don't know if you guys are just getting cozy or whatever, but if you can make her happy, then that's all I really care about. Just know she gets pushy and a bit dominant." Jaakuna laughed remembering to the times that he and Savayna were together, specifically when they were making love. They always fought for the top position. Jaakuna just laughed more at that thought.

Wesley would ignore Jaakuna and respond to only Grant. "I'm glad things turned out for the better. I was starting to get worried." Wesley admitted.
Now Savayna semi-regrets telling Nadeline. Her being all giddy and so cheery made her want to punch the princess in the face. However, Savayna would just shrug that temptation. She knew that she was just happy for Savayna and Grant. She would even make a comment about how she hoped that Savayna could make Grant less serious. The former Archadian General laughed at this. "Well, I most certainly will try." She let a smile show, and actually she meant it this time.

Nadeline nodded in approval, though for a moment, a small frown occupied her face. She should have been happy, but in light of recent events, she did wonder what the future would look like. No matter what, she would have to dethrone Reia, leaving the question of who would occupy the Rozarrian throne. At first she had been so intent of ruling Rozarria, so much that it had actually been a dream of hers. However, she didn't consider her relationship with Wesley. His sister may be ruling now, but who was to say that he didn't want to return? And what of Grant? If he wanted to rule, would they have to fight, too? She wanted to think he wouldn't turn out like his brother and sister, but as she had seen, people change in the pursuit of power.

She needed to stop thinking of those things. She needed to stay focused. And speaking of focused, despite her promise, Emiri never showed up at the shop. Not that she would worry much, but she wondered exactly what the brunette had wanted to do in the first place. "I hope visiting Giruvegan goes well. There aren't any official records of the place...most people tend to get lost in the Feywood. Supposedly there's so much concentrated Mist that the beasts there are vicious, or alternatively peoples' magicks end up out of control."
Grant couldn't help but roll his eyes at Jaakuna. It wasn't a fight of dominance. Well, not that she was docile, but last night she was...just herself. So to speak, anyway. He didn't really know what to think of that laugh afterwards, so instead he turned his attention to Wesley. "I thank you for your concern. I admit I...did not exactly help the situation.' He replied. As he was about to go on, he spotted a very depressed looking Emiri walking by. "Emiri?" The girl looked up, surprised. It seemed she had been entirely in her own world. She let out a small laugh, lightly ruffling her ponytail. "Where are Savayna and Nadeline?" He asked her.

"Oh...the Item Shop...hm, I took a wrong turn." Emiri murmured mostly to herself. "Well, I'm sure they'll catch up soon, we're almost at the Aerodome, anyway." She shrugged lightly. She did catch a hold of the shiny new weapons they held. "I assume your shopping went well? I hope you two took advantage, Grant is loaded."

As Nadeline spoke about how there is very little known about The Ancient Capital of Giruvegan. She would also make a note about how people have a habit of getting lost in Giruvegan either due to the viciousness of the monsters or be plagued by their own death due to the lack of control of their magicks. Savayna would bite her thumb as she would think about this. NAdeline spoke all truths and Savayna would have to be careful when she would use her magick in Giruvegan. Savayna would put that worry on the back burner, however. She would focus just on getting there.
They were nearing the Aerodome and Jaakuna was excited to just get out of Stigma. That's not to say that he didn't have a nice time in Rozarria, but what he wanted was to get back to the open skies where he belongs. As he was in his own train of thought, however, Grant would respond to Wesley about how he did not help the situation of the date last night. Wesley shrugged at that. "It's no worries. Nadeline and I actually had a very nice evening with all things considering." He said smiling and reassuring Grant.

As they would continue, the three men saw Emiri, who seemed to be in her own little world. Grant would ask about where Savayna and Nadeline were and she responded by saying that they were at the Items Shop and that Emiri herself took a wrong turn. Though, she would then move her attention to the weapons that the boys had. Wesley chuckled. "Yes, I do believe we did." He smiled. Jaakuna would laugh a bit more louder. "Oh you bet babe. I got myself some pretty rad short swords." He said doing a macho-man pose. Wesley took his hand, pressed it against his face and shook his head.

As Jaakuna kept on flexing and showing off his new weapons, Wesley would turn to Grant. "I think we should just go to the Ifrit. " Wesley suggested.

Grant couldn't help but stare at Jaakuna. If he was trying to impress Emiri, he was not quite sure it worked. She offered a small smile, but shortly afterwards she would just shake her head. At Wesley's suggestion, he would agree. "Let's." He stated, and the two pairs would continue forward. Soon afterwards, the Aerodome was in their sights, as were the two missing ladies. Nadeline waved at them, bags in hand of supplies and whatnot. As they all regrouped, they headed into the private airship kiosk, though before Nadeline entered, Mikaela approached her once more. The little girl was clearly out of breath, and surprisingly, alone. "Hello--princess--phew--I just--you guys walk fast!" The little girl huffed and puffed rather dramatically. "Your father says--Emiri knows about them--and that to be careful--because they're watching...phew!" She gasped for air for a moment. "But, um, go. Now. Don't ask. That's all. Have a good trip!" Before Nadeline or anyone could bother reacting, she ran off despite her clear exhaustion.

Emiri looked around at the people in the Aerodome. Lola was probably close, and Mikaela's words matched hers--they're watching, they have eyes and ears everywhere. Just the thought made her uneasy. The group moved forward, and within minutes were back on the airship.

"Well then...to the Feywood, then." Nadeline stated, scratching her cheek. "Emi, what in the world were you doing while you were gone?"

"Oh." Was all she said. Shoot, she had lost focus once again. Letting out a small sigh, she crossed her arms. Focus. "While you were shopping I decided to visit Reia, and in turn met our so called assassin clan...their leader is somewhat...eccentric...kept switching between threats and...I think she was hitting on me."

Jaakuna was showing off and showing off some more. He wanted to look manly for his baby. Though, the entire thing just made Wesley shake his head at it. Though, a small laugh came through. Still, as they would head off to the Aerodome, the other two ladies would soon come into sight as Nadeline wave at them with her bags in hand. Savayna would also do a wave to the three guys and Emiri. Soon, they got to earshot of each other. They would enter the areodome, but the attention of a little girl stopped most of them. She would go on to say something about how Lorenzo knew that Emiri knew about ‘them’. Jaakuna looked and the little girl was probably talking about the assassins. Though, Wesley thought something differently. And it was with that, the girl departed and so did the group to Ifrit.

In the minutes that they came to the Ifrit, they would walk on into the lounge(near the barracks and about a few turns from the kitchen). They all took seats of course, and Nadeline would state that the Feywood is where they would need to go. Everyone obviously agreed, but Nadeline would bring up a question as to where Emiri was at. As Emiri explained, everyone listened in and she said that she went to go see Reia. Instantly Jaakuna’s eyes widened as if that was such a foolish thing to do. Wesley was more intrigued what reason she went there for. Emiri would further say that she met the assassin clan and their leader, who was eccentric. By Emiri’s words, she tried to hit on her.

When Emiri finished, Jaakuna thought out loud, placing his right index finger and thumb against his lips and his face was deep in thought. His eyes stared into space for a good minute or so. Meanwhile, Wesley thought about this too. “Did you perchance get a name, Emiri?” Wesley asked.

Grant and Nadeline exchanged looks as Emiri spoke. Neither could offer any kind of insight, however, as they had no idea who or what Emiri was talking about. Grant was more on the surprised side, seeing as the last thing he would have expected was for Emiri to actually go to the castle. The whole point was to avoid Reia, why would she just go to her like that? What if she had been caught? Then what? Feeling somewhat irritated, he decided to voice his thoughts. "That was a very foolish thing to do, Emiri." He stated rather flatly. "What in the world possessed you to take such a risk?" He asked. Nadeline felt inclined to agree, had she known she certainly would have tried to stop her. She didn't exactly understand why she did it, but at the very least, she would hear her out.

Emiri looked at both Grant and Wesley. She let out a small sigh, uncrossing her arms and placing them on her knees. She decided to start from the beginning. "Since yesterday, it's bothered me that we haven't the slightest clue who the Empress had hired. I thought...I thought I could go to her and see what we were dealing with. When I got there, she was in a meeting with them. Her name is Lola, and it seemed like the others obeyed her--there were about half a dozen or so. As I mentioned, she was...quite odd. But she knew exactly who I was, what I could do, she brought up the attack from yesterday...she even knew about my relationship with Jaakuna, how he would react if I was hurt...She said she had eyes and ears everywhere, she even knew that everyone was in the Item and Weapon Shops. She knows so much and we hadn't even met yet. I tried to ask Reia to call her off, but...she seemed set on it. She was more than confident that Lola and her group could take us out."

"Despite all this, it was still a foolish act on your part." Grant reiterated. "What if you had been caught?"

"She had her chance to take me out." Emiri admitted somewhat sheepishly. "We were face to face...she put her hand on the exact spot where I got stabbed, even..." She trailed off lightly, placing her finger on her lip where Lola had previously placed her thumb.

"Then that means she is either truly confident that she can kill you or greatly underestimates you." Nadeline finally spoke, breaking out of her thoughts. "And I believe it is the former, not the latter." She looked at Emiri with a rather curious look. The brunette seemed to be in a sort of daze, as if she was remembering something. She asked her somewhat hesitantly. "You're touching your lips...Did she...kiss you?"

"What? Oh, heavens no...no...but she probably wanted to." Emiri stuttered slightly, taking her hand away from her mouth. "The woman was mad..."

Jaakuna sat there just thinking about how foolish this was of Emiri to do. He heard every word she spoke, he heard the words that Grant and Nadeline spoke and all the while, Jaakuna just sat there. He really didn’t know how to react to this. Emiri could have been hurt real bad. She could have been maimed or worse, killed. Sure, maybe her intentions were admirable, but Jaakuna sat there thinking just how something real bad could have happened to her. Even when everyone finished, Jaakuna didn’t know what to say, but he knew that he must.

“I am just glad you’re safe.” That’s all that Jaakuna said. That’s all that he could get out.

What Emiri said about this Lola chick knowing where they were and having eyes and ears everywhere, Wesley couldn’t help but feel uneasy about this. He also found himself questioning why she didn’t even try to kill them while she had the chance? Based on what Emiri had said, if she wanted to get the group out of the way in a rush, this Lola person could most certainly do away with them without breaking a sweat. So, Wesley just felt troubled about Lola. She obviously didn’t kill them , which gives Wesley the clear indication that she’s the type to play with her targets.

“I don’t like this at all.” Wesley said leaning forward. “This Lola person seems really dangerous. She not only commands a clan of Ninja-like Assassins, but she also seems to like the thrill of a chase.” As Wesley said that, Savayna couldn’t help but laugh.

“Say, Jaakie, doesn’t that sound like Levi?” Savayna said laughing.

“Didn’t I tell you not to call me that!? Jeez, that’s like the worst nickname you ever gave me.” Jaakuna said clearly irritated. “But yeah, that does sound like the snake lady.” Jaakuna said recalling his brief moments with Levi throughout his lifetime.

“Levi definitely is similar to this Lola chick, by the sounds of it, but Levi isn’t THIS stupid.” Savayna said laughing.

Jaakuna also laughed at that. “Yeah, Levi will kill her prey when she has the chance. This Lola chick seems to enjoy the chase too much.” Jaakuna said.

As Jaakuna and Savayna went back and forth comparing Levi to Lola, Wesley didn’t know what to think. They might be onto something about Lola being like Levi. If that’s true, then truly they were in for some troubling times ahead.

Ugh Levi. Grant couldn't help but visibly blanche at the mention of that wicked serpent. His expression was nothing less than complete distaste for the woman. He still owed her some very much needed payback. Still, the fact that the two were being compared bothered him somewhat. Levi was definitely a woman with great power, so this Lola character must have at the very least matched hers. While Levi enjoyed the kill, Lola enjoyed playing with her prey. The fact that she seemed to know a lot about them without having actually met any of them also disturbed him somewhat. Savayna and Jaakuna may laugh, but for Grant, he had to wonder which was more concerning: one who loved the chase or one who loved the kill.

Nadeline seemed to have shared Grant's line of thinking. She was glad to see Wesley had agreed to take this seriously, at least. Emiri chose to remain silent for the moment, as she had nothing more to say. Nadeline then coughed slightly, looking at Jaakuna. "To the Feywood, then. We'd best get prepared for the journey ahead." She told them as she stood up, intending to change out of her clothes. Emiri followed her lead as she got up as well.

It had already been decided. The Feywood was their next stop as that’s the closest that the Ifrit could get without being affected by the Mist in a severe way. Of course, it would take them a couple of hours to get there. Jaakuna would just stand up from the portion of the couch he was sitting on.

“Iris, can you set a course for the Feywood?”
“Yes Master Jaakuna, but due to the weather and other conditions, the farthest I can take the ship is right where The Feywood and The Gilmore Jungle meet.”
“That’s fine.”
“Very well then. Arrival in two hours.”

And it was settled. The group would have two hours to prepare all that they could for their trip to Giruvegan. After Iris would inform of that, Wesley would stand up. He actually would approach Nadeline. He took the rapier that he bought Nadeline(Grant bought it, but she doesn’t know that). He would present it to her as he held it in a horizontal position. One of his hands had that hilt and the other supporting the blade. “I figured that you were missing your rapier, so I got you this one. I thought you would like it as it’s elegant, beautiful, and perfect, just like you.” Wesley said smiling at her.
