[IC] Mental Institution for Troubled Teens (Reboot)

Lia woke up to the sound of the building wide wake up alarm at 6:45. She stood up and walked to her closet. She changed out of her longsleeve night dress she was provided with for sleeping into a over-sized purple sweater that hung over her shoulder and also was worn over a long sleeved tight black undershirt. Only the black from the shirt was visible on her shoulder where the sweater hung off. She also wore elbow length black gloves just in case the sleeves fell to reveal anything. With that she wore long black yoga leggings with black socks and black mid-calf boots. She brushed her long hair and put it in a side ponytail on the left. Her perfect length bangs hanging in front of her left eye and face to hide the scars on that side of her face. She headed out of her room for role-call and took her medicine in front of the nurse like everyone had to. Lia then waited in her room for an hour working at something on her bed with her fingers before she headed to breakfast and got some food. She sat down at the long table they all shared that only had enough seats for the number of them there was causing them to have to sit with each other. She had sat on the far left so only the person across from her could see her whole face and everyone else would see her normal looking face on the right side. Lia silently picked at her food eating slowly.

Jeff woke up and stretched out while sitting up in his bed. His wide smile forming and would probably never let it drop for the day, "time for another day," his tone was almost creepy. He got up and put on his white hoodie, which he believed to be bloodstained, and his black dress pants before heading out. He received his medicine which calmed him down and he went to go and get some breakfast. As he began to eat he sat and laughed to himself, after all he was a psychopath. He ate his food a little fast and decided to relax for a second at his table.

Austin jumped as his alarm went off, startled from a nightmare. Sweat coated his face, taking a few deep breaths to relax. He slowly stood up, pulling on his clothes, pulling the long sleeves down to assure they covered his wrists. The clothes were rather plain, his shirt rather tight, especially around his arms to slightly prevent it from falling down to bare the scars. His jeans were looser, yet still form fitting. He brought his hand up to run over the scruff on his face, knowing he needed to shave today. His hands quivered, as they always did the day he needed to shave. It was hard for him, since he had learned to output his emotions through cutting. It was a craving. He licked his lips very slightly before walking out of his room at roll call. He took his pills, which helped calm him down a little bit. He kept himself busy, trying to do what the therapist said and keep his mind busy. At time for breakfast he stood, walking to it. He grabbed his food, before finding a seat. He sat diagonal of Lia, feeling closer to her then the others, since they were going through almost the same thing.

His hands quivered, staring at his food. He hardly ate breakfast, but that was usual for the days he was planning on shaving. He slowly picked up his utensils, before his mind travelled off to if he pressed hard enough they could cut skin. He quickly put them back down, taking a deep, shaky breath. This was one of the worst cravings he has had in a while. His nightmares always made them worse. He hung his head forward, resting his forehead on his fists, trying to relax himself.

the alarm went off and Charles jumped a mile up. you should of told me it was nearly time to wake up "its not my fault!" he reached over and grabbed the slate drawing another line on the wall well at least your remebered the wall charles grabbed his coat and walked out his door to the canteen. taking his tray he sat next to jeff "evening Jeffrey"

Reuben heard the alarm go off and the lights were automatically turned on shooting a discomfortable feeling through Reuben. He had suffered from Bipolar disorder for as long he could remember, but as of right now he couldn't feel anything out of the ordinary. He wasn't particularly down or up this morning something he appreciated. This seemed to be the start of the first "normal" day in a couple of weeks. He had been a wandering emotional roller-coaster the past couple of weeks ever since the house doctor had changed and adjusted the medication. Reuben hated when people messed with his medication, adjusted them and especially changing them. As of right now he didn't have a say. The contract his mother had signed prior to checking in to the institution gave the doctors the full power to do anything with the patients medication they saw necessary. Wether it was to cut back on medications or give them a high dose causing the patients to fall of balance for days.

Reuben stepped into his slippers and put his robe on, he rarely got dressed prior to the morning meds as he planned to stay in his room afterwards for another 45 minutes. His medication arrived and he swallowed both pills without hesitation. Usually he would take three pills in the morning but the doctor had cut back on the anti depressions. However Reuben didn't complain, they always made him crazy tired anyways.

The next 45 minutes Reuben picked up a sketchbook from his drawer, an almost flawless and nearly done sketch of Austin Martin. Reuben had been crushing on Austin ever since Reuben was hospitalized. No one knew Reuben was gay. Not even his own parents. Once one of the nurses came in calling Reuben for breakfast he clinched the piece of paper in his palm as a pure reaction avoiding getting caught with the drawing. He hid it in the trash and ran over to the cafeteria alongside the others.

Janelle woke up with a frown on her face like she did every morning. She was never a morning person, not even back when she was just a normal child. It would usually take her parents about thirty minutes to wake her up, and another ten to get her out of the bed. When she first came to the Institution, that was exactly what they had to do, but as time progressed, she decided that she would start getting up when the alarm went off like everyone else. She put on an oversized sweat shirt and blue jeans, her everyday outfit, and went to take her medicine. The Doctor had made her start taking anti-psychotics to help her gain weight, and mood stabilizers. She swallowed the pills and headed to the cafeteria, where others were already starting to get their food and sit at the tables. She got the same thing that she got every morning, mainly because the doctors had to make sure that she got enough of what she needed. They'd even gone so far as to have a guard stand close by to make sure that she was eating.

She sat near the middle of the table as she did everyday, and stared at the food that was on the plate. There was no way that she was going to finish it.

Aito woke up from his alarm clock ringing him awake. He stood up with a happy smile and startet to get changed into shirt and jeans. In comparisment to some other people in here he put on some rather plain clothes. Some needed to take some medicaments in the morning and some needed to talk to a psychologist and Aito belongt in the secound group of people. Evry morning he needed to awnser some questions and was then free to get breakfast. As Aito recived his breakfast he was smiling but as he sat down his face didnt look so happy anymore. He changed from Happy-Aito to Sad-Aito and sat down as far away from other people as he could. He slowly startet to eat sighting once in a while

When Sky's alarm went off she fell out of bed. Ow! Jesus Christ Sky can't you wake up normally without falling off your bed?! Crimson, her other personality asked meanly. "Shut it Crimson." She snapped back, the blue haired girl's eyes were looking up trying to glare at her forehead in anger. Which was normally how people could tell that the two personalities were fighting. Sky pushed herself off the ground and walked over to her closet and threw on some jeans, a tank top, and her favorite jacket. She pulled the hood up over her hair. Sky took her pills that helped suppressed Crimson. She walked down to the cafeteria

Faeya's nightmares were only getting worse. She woke up screaming bloody murder when the alarm went off. She looked around the room and slowly settled down. Her nurse came into the room calmly and said "another night terror, Miss Tanner?" Faeya nodded and took the cup of medication she was given. She hadn't realized that tears were streaming down her face until the nurse wiped them away with her handkerchief. "There. Now, everyone's having breakfast. Are you okay enough to join them?" Faeya looked up silently and nodded. "Okay, good." Faeya slowly got off the bed and quickly got changed as the nurse stepped out of the rom and waited for her. She put on a black shirt with a long-sleeved hoodie and a pair of baggy jeans. She threw on a pair of converse and walked toward the cafeteria, the nurse following suit. Faeya hadn't had breakfast with the others in a while because she had an attack in the middle of their meal. She felt horrible, but she couldn't help it. Faeya's heart raced as the nurse opened the door for her. She stepped in and looked around. She sighed and grabbed a plate of food, but only really wanted an apple. Faeya looked around for somewhere to sit and decided to just sit near the door, by herself. The green-locked girl stared down at her plate of food and munched on her apple, silently wishing to be anywhere else.

Halfway trough his food sad-aito went away and he had taken a new personality. This aito was very open and even tho there was a lot of silence in here he would start a conversation. As he noticed that he was sitting all by himself he stood up and sat down next to faeya to talk. "How is your apple?" He asks the girl with a smile on his face

Faeya jumped and looked over at Aito. She smiled, almost in relief, and said "it's good, thank you." She smiled sheepishly at him. "How was your meal?" she asked softly. Faeya was on edge, but she was calming down as the medication settled in.

[Andele]

"Oh well it was not that great. I dont evem remember the taste anymore" he says and then looked down at his food. "I know i ate a bit but i reakly cant remember the taste......" he smiled a bit and then looked up to the girl again "sooooo.... why are you here?" He asks not thinking much about the question.

[Savi]

Faeya looked down for a second, contemplating whether to say or not. She sighed softly and said "I-I have post traumatic stress disorder." She looked back at Aito. "It was going to come out eventually... I mean, we do have group to deal with." She smiled sheepishly. "What about you?"

[Andele]

Aito startet to snile a bid sad down at the table. "Well i would love to say nothing wrong with me but that would be a lie..... i was told i have multiple personality disorder. Isnt that crazy? Someone saying to you that there are multiple versions of you...... it feels really weird when i think about it" aito looked over to the girl and tried to smile again. "But i totally forgot to ask for your name. My name is aito nice to meet you"

Lia watched them with her non covered eye. They were interesting. They could admit they have a slight problem, she herself still didn't think anything was wrong with her. Realization may have been slowly growing on her subconsciously but she wouldn't admit it. Honestly she just wanted to be able to distract herself from this place, maybe even somehow just get herself out of her families life. Make it easier, but she couldn't. She would never have a chance.
Lia looked back down at her food and gave a slight sigh as she poked her food with her fork. Slowly taking small bites. She could never get herself to make conversation with others. She felt like they may tease her like everyone at her school. That's why she kept her eye hidden. She knew that no one had ever seen the scar on her eye except the nurses. The girl named Faeya also had a scar on her face but she didn't mind as much and honestly Lia looked up to her. They seemed to have some things in common. Both always covered their whole body which made Lia believe that maybe this girl had scars hidden herself. She didn't know from what but maybe she did. She couldn't be for sure though and she wasn't going to ask. She didn't feel like that was right.

Sky sat in a corner. She was mumbling to herself, well she was fighting with Crimson actually but she seemed to be mumbling to herself.

Andele said

"Faeya and it's nice to meet you too." She smiled softly. Faeya had never had a guy talk to her like this. He was kind and honest. She glanced over at the girl that also had a scar on her face and she wondered if she went through what Faeya did. Then she looked back at Aito and said "who's she?" She didn't point, finding it rude; but she was very curious.

while talking to faeya aito suddenly changed his personality and now he actet a bit more childish and careless "who? the girl thats hiding her face..." he points over to lia ".... or the girl that talks to herself?" he points over to sky. as he pointet at the girls he accidently talked louder so that evrybody in the room was able to hear him. after he almost yelled that out he looked back at fayea with a childish smile
