[OOC] Mental Institution for Troubled Teens (Reboot)

Welcome to our facility, everyone here has a different disorder ranging from OCD to depression to anxiety. But that is why you are here. Here you make friends, have fun, and a few people even find romance. Our goal is to help you understand your problem and to defeat it. Once you have improved you will be released back into your life. All of you have been here for at least one month and are 16-17 years of age so you live on the top floor. Your schedule is the same as those around you but during one free period you will have an hour session of therapy with either the girls or boys therapist. Please do your best to enjoy your stay here!

Plot
You are a teenager who has a disorder of some sort. You have lived in the Institution for over one month. You have gotten a bit better but it is still hard for you. Although it is a nice place with very nice people. Even all the patients are nice in their own way. Every room has a white door that all the patients can decorate and personalize to make them feel more at home. The only rule other than following the mandatory schedule is that if you want to shave you can only do it after breakfast during free time and the stall door must be open so the supervisor can make sure you don't do anything but then you return the razor and you can shut the door to finish showering. You are free to wear anything as long as there aren't belts or strings or etc. You also can't have electronics.

Name: Lianna Schroeder 'Lia for short'
Age:16
Disorder: Depression / Self Harm
History: Lia grew up ever since she was young with parents who fought. Her mother turned to overworking herself and her father continued cheating(a.k.a. the cause of the fighting) and came home drunk or didn't come home at all. They never divorced each other and just kept fighting. Her father would take his anger out on Lia and abuse her mentally and physically. On top of that Lia was bullied at school constantly just because she was short and smaller than the other girls. She eventually turned to cutting herself so she could feel as though she had control of something in her life. That lasted for two years. She wore nothing but long sleeved tops to hide her arms and long pants to hide her legs. Lia eventually found it unbearable and attempt to commit suicide but her mother returned from work in time to get her to the hospital. She was released and sent straight to the institution even though her parents didn't think anything was wrong with her and she didn't either and even after one month she doesn't. Lia feels what she did is normal and has yet to admit her problem

Disorder: Psychopathy
History: He was attacked by three teens and something in his mind snapped. He believes his appearance changed drastically, since he couldn't differentiate his coma dream from real life. His family, seeing how insane he had become, sent him off to the institution. The medicine does only so much to help him, but it suppresses him mostly. He still acts kind of crazy with medicine, but would never harm anyone.
Other: likes being called Jeff, believes his family to be dead.

Disorder: Split Personalities/Passive-aggressive behavior
History: When Sky was three was kidnapped and forced to be a servant. When her 'master' started to abuse her another personality formed, who they decided later to call Crimson, when the 'master' went to beat Sky he was faced with a aggressive and murderous personality. They escaped and were put into a orphanage when they were ten but no one would adopt them due to Crimson and so now that they are 17 the orphanage has sent them to the hospital to (hopefully) subdue or get rid of Crimson.
Other: Crimson is naturally aggressive towards everyone while Sky is passive and calm. It is easy to tell the two apart.

History {WARNING!! Very, very sad

At the age of 2, her parents moved to a very deserted part of town. Her father lost her job and her mother hadn't had a decent education so she had to work as a "dancer". Her father was an acoholic and was abusive physically, sexually, and mentally. No one at school tried to talk to her and anyone that did, didn't talk to her for long. She only had three friends in her entire life and they all left after one visitation to her house. Why? Because she didn't live in a house, but a rundown shack. Her mother was out at work all the time, so her father had free reign to do what he wanted to Faeya. Even when her friends were there. He would beat her right in front of them. She finally ran away at the age of 13 and found a very kind couple. They took her in as one of their own after what she told them about her parents and why they never went looking for her. She started having dreams about her father every night and her new parents didn't see that as uncommon, so they left it alone. It wasn't until she started having attacks while she was awake did they really become concerned. They finally sent her to the hospital after she fell down the stairs as she was trying to get away from her adoptive father screaming "please, dad! Don't! Not the knife again!" She has been there for a month and she has only seen little recovery. Recovery meaning she accepts the fact that she has PTSD and she thinks she is a freak.

Other: She has scars all over her body, but she wears long sleeves and jeans to cover them. The only one she can't hide is the one on her cheek which is somewhat noticeable. She tries to be very friendly, but she is usually quiet.

Disorder: depression/self harm
History: Austin was born to a 18 year old women, who's boyfriend left her as soon as he figured out about the baby. Instead of getting rid of it, or adopting it, she kept it, struggling through even as her parents shunned her. He grew up living from paycheck to paycheck. When he was eight, his mother married his stepfather. Before marriage, he was the kindest person you could know, even after, he was. At least, to everyone but Austin. He hated that his wife had a child that wasn't his own. He almost immediately began to abuse him, physically, mentally, and every once and a while sexually. He quickly went downhill, dragging through years of dreading coming home. He hid everything from his mother, knowing she was happy. He discovered, when he was eleven, that cutting made him feel better. There was no change in appearance, always having worn long sleeve shirts and pants to hide the bruises. His mom never found out, at least until one of the worst beatings he ever got happened. After pulling himself together, he headed to the bathroom, closing the door. His stepfather had left, his mom was gone before hand. He was shaking terribly, yet still grasped the razor in his hand. He pressed to hard, a almost subconscious decision to do so. He watched blood flow off of his left wrist, dropping over the side or pooling in his hand. It didn't take long for him to loose consciousness. That's when his mother discovered him. She was devastated, her little baby in so bad of shape. As soon as he was stable, and released, he was sent to the institution. He is slightly better, yet still craves and feels the need for a razor across his skin. He occasionally can have violent outbursts when pressured too much about what has happened. He is self self conscious about his scars, still wearing long sleeve shirts and pants.
Other: When in stressful situations, he can be seen digging his nails into his wrist, due to which his nails are always kept very short.

History: Charles is a good man, well he was a good man, he had the basic childhood with all the bells and whistles. his father was a village mayor, his mother his secretary. despite all this he lived in a middle class home and attended church regularly, now quick run down of the town. it had a main road running trough it with a large council estate down the road. one day while at work with his father he was shot, a black SUV pulled up, the window went down and lead started to fly. his mother got the estate and went cold when he was gone. Charles went inside himself, refusing to talk to police or other people. he was seen talking to himself in the corner rocking back and forwards answering his own questions and referring to someone named Thomas. a few months later he was admired to the interruption..
Other: despite all this he is a nice guy, Thomas has a separate area of his mind, telling him what he should do.

She didn't want to keep it, immediately asking it be sent away after looking at it. Nowadays she doesn't shriek at the site of a man but she makes no attempts at speaking to one. If a man were to touch her without her consent she could very well slip into panic especially if she is not given and escape route.Other: Likes dolls, sweets and children. She has no problem with young boys around the age of elementary schoolers. She rarely ever talks and rarely attends the group meetings but sometimes makes an effort.

History: Abused at a young age by everyone due to his inability to feel pain he told no one about his injurys untill he collapsed from them His father would use him as the punching bag and his mother would slap him he tried cutting himself to see if that would stop his depression but he spiraled deeper and deeper into a void He tried to shoot himself in the leg he was trighted and told to stop being retarded He did not feel alive. So he tried Free running and by all means that helped a little but then he was Beaten the hell out of by his father yet he felt nothing He then got moved to the mental insistue after being deemed legally insane for killing His Father Who was beating him at the time. Toby felt nothing when the police came in He still feels nothing They put him in the insistue but did not give him the room names where everyone else was living he got put in a strait jacket... and well hes been like that for the past week...

is he legally insane or is he unable to feel pain.... both I can't accept because being legally insane would send him to a different institution and unable to feel pain just doesn't work at this institution either.
