It's my understanding that these typically run on weekly basis, though. Plus, Stein has continually promised it would be up at X time, and then it hasn't. I think it is mainly the second point that people are getting frustrated with.

I guess it depends on the amount of work a GM wants to put into his/her game. That said, when somebody sets a deadline for something, you usually expect them to meet that deadline, or at the very least, the postponed deadline.
