Swamp Fox, Yes it is better. But it's hard to believe ISIS would allow members to worship pagan gods or be mercenaries. You can seriously just make up some kind of arcane order of terrorists instead of using an actual organization. Also keep in mind that the US would probably be keeping an eye on him. I like the sand powers and you can honestly get much more traction of it besides transforming into sand. Perhaps change his regeneration to tie into his sand powers, instead of the bog-standard regeneration that I'm trying to cut down on. Also specify what these magic properties would be without making them too overpowered.

Yeah, having a fictional arcane order would work much better wouldn't it. I saw the irony earlier, but rationalized that it would be fine because they were using mercenaries. But having an order of magic mercenaries could be useful for your game management purposes. I'll tweak the powers a bit more and see qhere that leaves us. Thank you for the guidance, I really feel it's been helpful in refining the concept.

Ah, and I'm adding two gadgets that will probably be necessary in the kind of future-tech world this appears to be: an emp grenade that isn't incredibly long range, but can fry electrical equipment in close proximity and shut down electrical equipment at a moderate distance; a portable computer of sorts, made out of computer and smartphone parts with all manner of ports and cables for interfacing with other technological things. He keeps both in his duffel bag.

Yeah, he's going to need both if he's going to stand any chance against anything.

AND now I've changed up a little bit what he's currently doing with his life. He's become more of a mercenary, as in he will work as a "private investigator" for anyone if the price is good enough.

Swamp Fox, Yes it is. You could also give him more sand control powers like that guy from Spider-man 3 but is not necessary. Accepted. You can add in this Cult in the Rogues Gallery and that goes for everyone haha.

TBH I had read the entirety of Chew that day (which I loved OMG if you haven't read it DO IT 10/10 worth) and was like "what is the most random crackpot power I can make while being semi-plausible ish?" and that was it.
Initially, it was man-made materials, but that extends to too many things, so I was like "fashion hero LMAOOO".
If you can tell I am generally just very shitty at making characters, I like trying to make unique things but they usually fail and I am forced into convention. SUCH IS THE LIFE OF A STUPID PERSON.
Feel free to point out stupidity as often as you would like. I am a sponge. I absorb that (constructive) criticism and turn it into worse ideas as it seeps out my spongey hole things. :D
And I am not using Eugene, no. I will be using Bolo though. If he's accepted. And maybe Lena (leana, not lenna).

Anyways, I'm reworking Delphine. She still has her core mechanic (hair hair hair I LOVE HAIR) but I changed her personality from relatively crazy to mostly crazy. And also her and Bolo are going to do some weird s*it together. Should be fun, if I even ever end up entering this thing (which seems further and further a possibility the more I stress over trying to make something that will be deemed both socially and mechanically acceptable). I HATE WORKING ON ANYTHING EVEN IF IT'S SOMETHING FOR FUN IT MAKES ME SOOO STRESSED LMAO XD

I actually used a similar character idea in another RP based around the Bayonetta/The Boss fusion by Plague of Gripes. T'was awesome! She was this militant survivalist that could create hair-based armour and weapons. I always support hair-centric metas :D

Yeah, I'm totally in love with hair powers, LMAO. Started with Flare from Fairy Tail and then extended to Bayonetta once I played it (practically dying waiting for 2 right now, it hurts). :c
So it will be entirely focused around her hair now, rather than around random aesthetic items. Contrived and overdone as the power is, I've always sort of wanted to do it, LMAO.
That picture is pretty great! :o I don't think Del will be that hardcore, she's too much of a girly girl, haha. ^^

That's something tech has over magic in this case. He should only go as fast as a bird... thing should be able to.

Wait, Bayonetta 2 isn't out yet?! I'm poor and can't afford any new games, but the Best Friend Zaibatsu has been going on about it so much I guess I'd just assumed it had been out for months already!
This is why I use Games w/ Gold or PlayStation Plus. I'm one of those weirdos who's patient enough to wait the months and years required to get the game for 'free'.
