Character Name: Vallence
Real Name: Eric Sunman
Real Age: 20
Appearance: Vallence is a short male standing at five feet two inches. His hair is buzzcut, but you'll never see it due to the black wizard's cap with an electric design he wears. He wears dark blue robes with lightning design on the sleeves. His left arm has arced lightning tattooed all up it.

Class: Lightning Mage is a support class, but as far as a support class goes it goes the extra mile in causing damage to the enemies. His class is designed for area effect control effects and buffing allies. Much like most mage classes a Lightning Mage is best out of the middle of the fighting as it is not the greatest at taking hits.

Skill List:
Passive: Static Charge is an effect that buffs or debuffs its target based on if it's an ally or an enemy. The effect is applied by his spells cast on his targets for one round of action. An ally affected by Static Charge causes his next attack to deal a slight amount of electric damage. Enemies have a slightly higher chance of missing their next attack.

Active
1) Zap is Vallence's first and only burst damage single target spell. Zap has no status effects except for its application of Static Charge.

2) Shock Aura is a self-buff that affects all allies in an area around him increasing accuracy and causing hits to do electric damage. Having this buff up doesn't add stacks of Static Charge, but the electric damage buff does stack with it.

3) Static Field is an area of effect spell that deals damage over time to all enemies in its area and the electricity weakens the damage enemies deal within the area and for a round of action outside of the effect. This applies Static Charge for as long as enemies are in the effect as this spell doesn't effect allies even if they are in the effect of the spell they do not get the buff.

Oh I have something VERY important to say before things get too far in the OOC. I will be going to Gen Con in a few days which means I will likely be so busy that I won't be able to post for the entire week. From the 11th to the 18th I am unlikely to be able to do much. I will be bringing my iPad, but it is unlikely I'll be able to get a post in except for the first two days, and the last two days (as that is when I am driving there and back and I should be able to get something in at the hotels/motels)

I don't wanna be all over the place posting every 5 seconds, I like to be the silent watcher. I'm giving people time to adjust and change before I even start critiquing characters or anything. However in about 24 minutes I will probably be off the computer and only have the ability to watch from my phone.

I'm also currently working on a section about limitations in the world, PVP and other such things while thinking of a character among other things. But I'll take this moment to ask a few questions:

- Guild name! We need a cool name for our guild. Preferably something simple, crisp, clean and impressive. Also extra guild names for potential guilds we may run into (considering each Kingdom should have about 2-4 depending on size.)
- How to begin the RP: I have an idea in mind based around a Party Quest that forms into an opportunity to form a guild (which is something not all players will be allowed to do.)
- Mounts/Pets/Familiars: How do you guys believe this should be regulated? Only some classes get access to these or should it be an entire addition to classes. I don't want to see everyone with a familiar or mount so I do want an added draw back to them (perhaps it would consume a socket for a skill and/or profession depending on the intention.)

Also, about mounts. How about if every player can have one, but only some of them are usable in combat. Like some of the warrior type classes could have super strong beast-birds to carry em around and fight with them, while some of the magic-y classes would only have a small speedy lizard to bring them place to place, and would run away after the player gets off them. Only to come back when the exploration/combat is done 8D Also I think it would be nice if they weren't something that took up a potential skill slot.

I would just suggest mounts for everyone only out of combat. Fighting pets only for classes that are specialized in summoning and just plain cute pets for people who like plain cute pets.

I also like the party quest idea. It's simple, easy, and works well with character interaction. (Well, atleast in my opinion)

Agreed. Mounts can be like chocobos in Final Fantasy. Just for riding purposes before running off when battle hits. (Unless it's a specified class like Summoner)

And familiars for class specific classes.

And cute pets who are just pets.

Because that is just too cruel to stick people who love pets in a new life without being able to have a pet xD

LEGIT TAKING WORDS FROM A DICTIONARY. I like Reincarnation. It sounds pretty cool.

Though for pets, I'd rather that we can all use pets but all to varying degrees. Like a thief not being able to command a Lion Beast as well as a Beast Tamer. So the drawback is on the class not on the pet. Mounts can be used when needed and such. Also for say a magician to use a Phoenix Lizard to it's full potential they need certain equipment and such.

There are always possible for Guild Wars depending on the guilds interests. Especially from a government/political standpoint.
