Greetings!
I'd like to take the opportunity and throw this particular idea up in the interest checks just to see if there is anyone who might be interested in some easy paced Elder Scrolls based mystery role play.
The basic idea is quite simple. The player characters which will number but a few perhaps three will find themselves in the midst of some organization or collective in which they have been informed of the tale of the Dragonborn's Treasure. This will of course take place a number of years after the events of Skyrim, the specifics of which will be detailed in the OOC if it gets that far. Few restrictions will be placed on characters beyond what is available in Skyrim and there will be some sort of character progression. The players will talk to NPC's and follow clues to find themselves in various locations to locate this rumored treasure for better or for worse. This of course is just a loose idea and while most of you have probably never heard of me or know of my previous exploits on the Guild before its fall I can guarentee that it will be quite interesting or at least a good read if nothing else.
On another note, I'd like to make a comment about my posting schedule to make sure everyone is on the same page before they through their card in the hat. The semester is about to begin in the next couple of weeks and I've always found having something to write is a good way to break the monotony of studying and classwork. With that being said, I did mentioned that this will be an easy paced role play. Personally, I could only guarentee posts Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Monday and Wednesday I have class all day and the weekends I may be fairly busy depending on various things no one cares about. This would be to suggest that each round of role play would take part Tuesday to Friday and then Friday to Tuesday.
With that being said if this interests anyone, please let me know. If I can get at least two others players I will begin working on the OOC and we can get started, it shouldn't take me all that long once I get started.
Thanks,
