For your consolation prize, rest assured that there is no risk of Tier Five’s return. With unbridled System control, I can reach for a much loftier goal.

*Chuckles*
And who would negotiate away his advantage? You fear me, beast.

Chickpea, we've stumbled into something with a bit more history than I previously imagined.

There's no expectation that you stay to fight a decided war. Seven O'Clock is destined to be Midnight.

Fear and Hate are much, much different emotions, monster. The onyl thing I fear is a future where you lead.

*all 6 points on my crown ignite with a black and white flame*

Your crimes now and before are far to heavy a sin to let you live. I promise you existence will live prosper without you.

*with a single hit, you feel as if the entirety of this multiverse is continually collapsing inward on you at a single point*

This is true power.

*A series of cracks form where the punch makes contact, consuming the area in the light ejected from the rippling dimensional waves, and holds my hands together in a triangle formation in the trajectory of your punch, protecting The Legend behind me*
"True power" has made far too many mistakes.

Fight the war? My friend, I have no stake in your stupid power quarrels. I’m entirely in the department of minimizing casualties. And I seem to be the only one, at that.

We seem to be far past the point of casualties. But again, as consultation, casualties of this scale will never again be a concern.

I get greater good arguments. Truly I do. But would it have killed anyone to put in efforts to, say, evacuation, non genocidal siege tactics, etcetera etcetera? I find it hard to believe that any of you can be trusted with what’s at stake here.

Rest well knowing that all of your suggestion have been tested. This operation runs deeper than any of you could possibly imagine.

And I should believe you, why? We’ve only just met, but the things I know about you amount to exactly that you’re a very good deceiver.

Then you’ve learned all there is to know! Instead of trust, allow me to entertain you with a fictional tale of kingdoms, and you can decide for yourself what you choose to believe.

How many other dimensions are being plowed through still? Or is that segment of the operation over?

*The military appears to be engaging war on large territories throughout Existence, some holding out, others conquered, with no regard for life*
While you’re deciding whether you should intervene, consider this perspective. A long time ago, there was once a planet that housed a single kingdom. The kingdom had brought order to the planet, and was loved by many. But slowly, it grew complacent. Its dukes and duchesses had gorged themselves on their own power, and its citizens were no longer the driving force among their ranks. One day, a hopeless band of rebels enlisted the help of a no-name assassin, and they decided they were going to kill the king and restore true order to their world. When the day came, the king discovered the assassination attempt, but was too late to stop them, for the rebels were already in his chamber.

The king suggested a new government. Villages and towns were free of duties and tax, and the rebels would destroy anyone who threatened that peace. After all, the king noted, without his help, their plan was doomed to fail. And together with the king, the rebels liberated the world. Villages, towns, cities, all free to live as they wish. And yet the rules, laws, and practices of the old kingdom remained. The rebels held no authority to overturn their status quo, and their new government was doomed to fall. Sure enough, one day a knife was driven into this new government, and they lost their voice over the land. Village was divided against village, each vying for authority over their neighbors. Chaos. The new government tried to rally the lands, and they peacefully negotiated with every city’s leader. It wasn’t enough. War had started, and the government had failed. There would never again be a border on the face of that kingdom that did not see war. And yet, our story doesn’t end without a glimmer of hope.

Uh-huh.

Many years later, there also lived a young girl with muddy red hair who loved her kingdom. She realized that her land was doomed, but decided that if she couldn’t save her people, she would save someone else. “There is indeed someone you can save,” the assassin whispered in her ear. In fact, there were many planets, with many kingdoms. All of them just like hers. But these kingdoms had not yet collapsed, and to them war was foreign. So the girl left her planet and told the news to the next one. The government of the next world heeded the girl’s advice. Instead of negotiations, they used brute force to subjugate the cities and villages. But that also wasn’t enough. The second kingdom fell into disarray as violently as the first kingdom. Eventually the girl died, surrounded by the chaos she tried to escape. But on this world was too another assassin and another girl, much like the first. The girl carried with her a new message, whispered by the assassin. A message that force had failed. That girl visited the third kingdom, and from that world, a fourth. In the end, countless kingdoms fell, each a little differently than the last. And that brings us to where we stand today.

So what’s the moral here? Information is dangerous and you plan to keep something like this from happening again?
