And I'm afraid that my dad may go completely insane....he needed mom. She was the only one who could keep him sane...he was almost even able to say full on sentence without saying his name....I'm afraid that someone is going to have to....put him down.

Well, the fact that she and Soren are brother and sister, they can both use harmonised chaos, and also that the two most powerful Lords of Order besides me tried to take her over for the first 16 years of her life. And more Lords took sides in her head. All that tremendously amplified her power!

The collective power increased because of the order of the two sides and the chaos of their fight against each other. That excess power all flooded Ruby! But since she didn't know of all of it when she first took her position, it stayed untapped and it'll only come out under tremendous stress.

Like a life-or-death situation. Or a situation in which she really really has to use all the power she can at that moment but it isn't enough. Then it'll come out. You can either force it or hope that something will happen.
