It works like any other digestive system. But my system has adapted to being able to break down metals and store them within my bones and and create a mesh layer of metal within my skin.

It has some sort of magic mixed in it because of the main metal has magical contents. It converts other metals that I consumes to that metal. Or at least something near it.
