I mentioned to Kirina during our fight that I have the capability to handle an immense level of power, but only for a short time. I have the power to destroy a universe, and also to absorb all the energy inside of it. However, the great work it would take to do so would exercise my capabilities in order to store all that and make it part of my permanent reserve. It is, in two words, strenuous exercise.
