Plus, it'll be fun to see people freak out over my arm as they see it go through its stages of regrowth. *Closes my eyes and laughs to myself a little, before getting up and watching the planet reform.*
Oh, mind if I ask what you were doing during the fight before? Because at some point the environment suddenly felt less habitable for my abilities, and then towards the end it shifted to downright uninhabitable.

First I created a new law that caused all things on the planet to age at a slow but steady rate, which would explain the environment part. As for the latter end of it, studied your abilities and decided that rewriting the way that particular potion of the third dimension viewed your power was the best means of countering it. By making the third dimension itself hostile to your presence as long as you relied upon that power, I made it much harder for you to win.

*I destroy the DNA in your arm up to a point that still allows for regrowth. I also teleport the Tiberium crystals back to their own universe as well, and repair any damage their conversion process caused to your body*
