We don't really worry about particular methods of travel—spacetime can fix itself and we can do it quickly if we have to. We're a lot more concerned about those who go to dimensions, promise them the world, and in doing so set them up for failure.

Many Tier Fives have gone through hardship like any other. I don't think there's a single experience or hardship you could point to that every Tier Five has experienced.

In a lot of cases, I don't think they did; most were living their lives as Tier Fours before being offered the opportunity. I suppose something about personality, ability, and ideals just seemed to fit.
