I can almost immediately induce a temporary terraforming effect on an area to give ideal environmental conditions, I can remove an injured ally from the fray and heal them in safety very efficiently, and I can slow any of your perceptions of time enough that it can give you an edge in reading and countering attacks! Just to name a few, of course.
