Then consume in portions you can manage. Perhaps it’s like a muscle you can exercise, and as you push your consumption limit without breaking, you can train yourself to consume more and more until eventually it’s not even a worry anymore.

In theory, yes; they've been around the longest. Though in terms of pure combat strength, The Legend has the least of all Tier Five.
