Sad? I mean, sure. I did miss everyone in that time. I wouldn’t do it normally, but I didn’t want to raise kids as a Tier Four, as I felt it’d be dangerous to them.

Not difficult. The human body alone has about a gallon and a half, give or take depending on the individual, so large beasts should do the job well.

If you feel like you’d need help restraining yourself in the event that you lose control, there are scientists among us with the means to contain powerful beings, so if you get someone to help you by letting you use a place like that, you could bring all your “food” to such a place and seal yourself away until you’re done eating, and not rampaging.
