If we can gather the resources and apply the plan, yes. This is nearly on par with one of The Legend's plans. However, this one consists of too man variables that could lock into dangerous positions to compare to his. Although, deep in the files, there was something rather insignificant.

But the interesting part is that these documents imply that she is still alive. They also imply that Fairy Blue is a code name, but I theorize that it may be a cover up to hide it as her real name as well.
