What may be is that she was unintentionally infecting your world, and was gaining power from it. This is speculation of course. Otherwise, I don’t know how she would have gained enough strength to digivolve.

Some do it intentionally, but with her. It would not be far off. As a Corrupted, her normal is chaos. She is able to live in it, but it get the best of her sometimes. That’s why she glitches all the time and is able to move normally. Maybe it has to do with your world. Some properties that her body is not accustomed to.
