Blargh. Well, each to his own. I despise biology, a few people I know absolutely adore it.It isn't a spatial dimension. It's just a dimension. Minkowski space (the combination of the 3 spatial dimensions and time) is necessary for any meaningful projection of the universe, so time has to be the fourth dimension. Unless Minkowski Space can do with a different fourth dimension.

Yesterday's cause for rage quit was the "particles exist in probability until observed." I call bull poop on that.Perhaps under that model, but time isn't necessarily a dimension under all dimensional models.

Since always. You can't do a major alteration after it's already been integrated. That ruins the realism.

That's taking Einstein's observation theories too far xD Objects can't sense the observation of someone. Our minds aren't tied to the very fabric of the universe. The real observation theories of quantum mechanics simply show that objects are observed to move differently depending on your reference point, but we can't directly observe the true exact movement of any object. Obviously, that doesn't affect our science, because the science we do would still revolve around the movement we observe rather than the true movement, like it does now.

The only, and I repeat only, problem I have with quantum physics is the fact that scientists don't believe atoms have to adhere to classical mechanics. I theorize that they likely do, but in a way that we cannot observe directly/well; ie our belief in a difference between classical and quantum is derived from ignorance, and not from fact.

Interesting. I would say I'd think about that once I get my degrees, but it'll probably have been solved and then some by then. Or we'll be in heaven. Either way will be great, because in heaven we'll be able to do all the science we want. My dad and I were talking a while back about what God might have for different people. I thought maybe he'd create totally different universes- Hey, I already said that.
