The names come from different languages. Austraeoh translates roughly into East Horse (It's about Dash flying east, and a tonne more), and in the series it translates into The Spark. Eljunbyro into Endurance's Rebirth. Eljunbyro is part of Innavedr, the wind that will carry Austraeoh to its goal. We don't know what Odrsjot is supposed to mean yet, nor Urohringr.
