It is. If only more websites and browsers displayed SVG images; then people could zoom in on my images however much they want and the pixel size wouldn't be so huge.

We don't say it in the OOC because it's said in the IC. But you don't always have the time to read it. You just have to figure it out based on what seems to be happening, if that's even possible at the time.
