There are tons of vectors other than movement. She can just change locational vectors and forego movement altogether.

We don't know her range yet, whiz has yet to confirm it. I would assume him having her limited to a range, as to prevent ultra God-Modding like so, and even then, she is at the very most on par or below unity and prism, per the rp's rules, therefore, she couldn't possibly be on such a level.

Uhm, no. Her range is her five senses all things being equal, Unity isn't a limiter, and she could pretty easily beat Prism. Prism is just a power cap, not an unbeatable force.
