Also apparently in Texas murder is legal if you walk in on a cheating spouse. Luckily, this retarded thing is offset by a good use of legal force laws allowing for killing attempted rapists.

Meh. I found a good use of lethal force laws and there was a comment about it being legal to kill if you walk in on a cheating spouse, and someone else mentioned crime of passion. Doesn't really matter much.
