I just ran an analysis and I'm just going to go ahead and give you a parts list for a new PC instead of trying to upgrade this thing. You'd need a new PSU since this one doesn't draw enough power and at that point, I might as well make it cool.

If the motherboard actually works, technically $0.00, since CPUs have graphics processors built in, but you can spend about a hundredish bucks for a great new GPU. However, if this were a laptop, then it would require a replacement (pretty much replacing the entire laptop) since the parts are soldered in. Can you give me a description of the issue and the model number for your PC?

Sure. The laptop industry is stupid (because it's not standardized so laptops aren't modular). If you want to game or do any hardcore computing, I recommend building a desktop. You can build a crusher PC for only like $400.
