Eeehhh, it's a tossup. It really hinges on whether or not you give him preptime, because although Karen Analysis is great for reading opponents and Spongebot will help him out in a pinch, giving him time to prepare is where he really shines, because he can execute Plan Z and steal Neptune's crown, which would all but one-shot most enemies.

Pre timeskip, post Chumform 2 buff, yet still before he saw all the benefits of the training filer just before the timeskip. Feels like the coolest combination.
