You basically run laps in a single file line with the whole team, and when the coach says go, the person in the back sprints to the front of the line, then you repeat until everyone's sprinted at least once. But the only thing that bothers me about them is that they take forever to do.

It doesn't sound bad, but I nearly collapse at the end of every one of them we've done. Don't think he says go as soon as the other guy gets up front, though, because he waits a bit in between them, and we have twenty-odd guys.

To busy my mind while running, I did a bit of math and calculated it to be about 3.3 kilometers, if we do the minimum.
