Hell yea \o/. Interesting thing about him is that I don't think he even had any prior military training before commanding the Red Army.

Yeah, he was always more of the intellectual. But he proved himself in the Revolution and that's all that counts. A true boss...shame he wasn't quite as ruthless as Stalin when the power struggle came along

The photographs I included are ones I took while in IOBC at Ft. Benning, GA in 1988. We were in training, so you'll notice the MILES Receptors on the M113s, the yellow light which blinks when the track has been disabled and the BFA (Blank Firing Adapter) on the .50 cal.

What British or FRG recce units are on the 1K zone in this AO? They will fight a delaying action while Soviet and GDR Airborne/Spetsnaz units drop deep to disrupt NATO Lines of Communications. They will fight MPs and rear echelon units initially then switch to Heavy units assigned wit clearing pockets of resistance.
