James sighed as he went back to his room. Later on he'd go to Advanced Magic Theory if Chase was available to teach it, and if she wasn't there he was planning to go to Combat Training. He went in his room and just laid down to take a nap after shutting and locking his door. Meanwhile, Joseph was just now walking into the cafeteria, where the others were, reading a book while he walked and somehow not bumping into anything. He went over to the buffet, grabbed an apple, then went and sat down. The book he was carrying had a black cover and black pages with red writing, meaning that it was the original black magic book, containing only the most forbidden of spells, specifically the extremely powerful ones that require a person to say something.

Mitrhail snorted. "I say fine. I am not finished teaching this low-life a lesson," she stated, crossing her arms. Still, she spared a glance at the golden haired woman (Chase) - she gave her the shivers for some reason. She had an aura like her father, except, well, less divine. Less natural too. The Headmaster gave her a similar reaction, which is why she didn't tell him off for interrupting. She didn't know which one was worse. Speaking of bad feelings . . . that boy that got possessed a moment ago annoyed her. She'd put him in his place later, but she had to ascertain what that possession was.

Kevin sat criss crossed trying to figure out the situation. "So let's see a married couple was fighting(Sol and Mitrhail), I over herd something about Aeons and chaos, there's a goddess over there(Chase) ,I'm a hybrid cat and the grandmasters there. This could only mean one thing.......THE APOCALYPSE IS COMING!!!!!!" Kevin shouts slaping his fist on the palm of his as if he solved a mystery.

Mithrail glared angrily at Kevin (she was doing a lot of that, she realized idly) and looked like she did not appreciate his comments on what kind of relationship she had with Sol at all. "You, pest, rodent, mutt, whatever you are, silence. Your comments annoy me and are filled with nothing but slanderous and, not to mention stupid, gossip. If you do not hold your tongue, I will gladly cut it out for you!"

The headmaster shook his head and tapped his cane on the ground, a cube of glass-like surface appeared around Sol and Mithrail giving them thier own personal areana. "Remember the release word is yield." he called out. He turned to Kevin "Silly boy, married couples fight all the time, and if the Apocalypse was coming do to think i'd just be idly sitting here?" He inquired as he began to eat his oatmeal. --- Sol frowned, married what? Like ever! He turned around to face the problem at hand, he had to find a way to beat this woman and he still had no idea how. If he couldn't figure out something it was only a matter of time before one of her clumsy attacks actully hit, and then he'd be in trouble.

Joseph glanced over at Sol. "Physical attacks won't work. You need magic to beat a Celestial." He continued reading his book. "James would have told you the same thing, even though he's trained his body enough that he could at least hold his own against her, but I'm not sure about winning."

Chase wasn't sure how to take being called a goddess, so she just grinned sheepishly and took it in stride. Meruin was surprised; to think she'd find someone louder and more obnoxious that Mutt! And he was a cat! Weren't they supposed to be more dignified? Chase faced the Headmaster. "Yeah, that time's acceptable. You're all welcome to come if you think you can handle the course!" "Semi-normal?" she asked, staring incredulously at Tyler. As he approached, she felt a blush rise up that she hastily covered by smashing her face into a book in attempt to look like she was reading. Chase saw this and chortled quietly. Ah, the pleasures of obsession-inducing magical phenomena that happen to be related to your soul. She was so lucky it didn't happen to her!

James, in his room, decided to try something he learned form his one of his brother's old books that he had a chance to read through before Joseph went insane. He drew a special ritual circle on the floor, and then placed the Fool card in a small rectangle that was part of the design before sitting in the middle of the magic circle and starting to say a chant, causing the magic circle to glow. The Fool card was card number zero. It was empty, but with limitless potential, so it should be pretty obvious what this ritual will do if he completes it successfully.

".....What if I bite my tongue , wouldn't that hurt?!" Kevin shouted back at Mitrhail. The headmaster explained to him why it wasn't an apocalypse and he started to calm down a bit. Kevin looked at Chase and excitedly ran towards her. "HI! I never met a god before....well I think the headmaster is secretly one but its nice to meet you!" He puts his hand on his chin and examines her top to bottom." You don't look very different from us ,but I bet you have an enormous amount of power don't you. I know I'm asking a lot out of a godly person like your self ,but would you mine if we sparred?"

Chase stared at Meruin. "So, are you sure this is a school and not an asylum?" "No reason it cannot be both," she responded. "I see . . . Anyway, I do have a lot power yes!" she said boisterously, "But I'm not a god! Also, what is it with this school and randomly picking fights? That's a yes by the way."

The Headmaster grinned, "I don't know about how well I can handle your class but i will show up to supervise it, as soon as your spar with Kevin here and Sol and Mithrial finish their spat you can teach your first class. I will meet you in the class room when all this is finished." He said and began to hobble away on his cane to the floor above them where Chase's classroom would be.

Joseph glanced over at Kevin, then kept reading through his grimoire while he spoke. "Chase is no goddess. Despite the Aeon of Destruction being a godlike power, she's still not a god. Even she can't do prolonged use of that power for too long. She's still mortal, and overuse of a power like that can kill her."

"Hehe, I like this lil' flatterer. Doesn't mean I'll go easy on you though," said Chase, grinning. She ignored Joseph's casual explanation of her limits, even if it did somewhat irk her. Her power was not a joke nor was it something that even most gods could use as well. It was one hell of an equalizer and she annoyed that Joseph thought that just because they were called gods meant that they could use an Aeon more effectively than her. "So, you wanna start right away? Let's go then! You make the first move boy!"

(It was Joseph speaking. Not James. XD) James was still up in his room, performing his ritual. He concentrated as the rest of the cards, with the exception of the Aeon, World, and Universe cards, started to float around him. The Fool card started to glow bright enough that anyone walking past his room would be able to see the light coming through between his door and the floor.

"I have you know I'm not a fan of slow fights." Kevin says walking a few feet and vanishing. Well to the untrained eye he simply vanished into thin air but he actully was moving at an incredible speed. He reappeared behind Chase swinging his elbow back to try and make the first blow.

Chase didn't move, simply sparing a glance at the were . . . kitty. Kevin's hit landed, but Chase seemed unaffected. She gave Kevin a choice smirk, before her hand started glowing gold.

Kevin was surprise to see she was unfazed by the hit. He then noticed Chase gathering energy into her hand. Kevin didn't retreat instead he begin to run around her creating a small vortex to hopefully absorbe her next attack.

"A celestial?!" Sol exclamined "Then that must mean... well i have no idea. But i didn't start this fight with magic and i'm not going to end it with magic." he said determindly. Having said so he rushed foward stabbing towards Mithrail's midsection but ready to react to anything she did.
