Description: Black messy hair that covers his left eye , Right eye is brown , left eye is blue. Brown skin color , left arm from elbow to Hand is robotic and he also wears a suit with a red tie. 6ft 1in

abilities: Unlike regular magician Theodore has 2 magical abilities water and electricity.
His robotic arm also identifies objects when it is waved over them.
Personality: Calm , hates abuse of power , would die in battle for a friend.
Other: Theodore's family comes from Scientists and Magicians usually the two hate each other but Theodore parents loved it each other and they wanted the perfect family. When Theodore was born he inherited his moms power of water magic. His father who was a scientists found a way to give mages the power to have a second magical ability. In order for this to work the user would have to sacrifice something to gain a random extra ability. Theo's dad removed his left arm and replaced it with a robotic arm and started the operation.
The shock of having more than the regular capacity of magic shifted Theo's eye color to blue and making him lose his sanity for a hour. During the hour he destroyed the lab and killed both his parents. When he came to he pledge to himself to never kill even if it was his enemies.

Abilities: Cruz uses technomagic, which involves the use of machinations and data to attack. He can join stray parts and pieces to make a machine or use data as energy orbs or explosives. For a limited time of 3 minutes, he can summon a W.D.W (Wing Drive Weapon) for close attacks.
Personality (You can keep it short if you wish)*: Cruz is a silent and quiet person. He won't respond unless he's called, or won't react unless his reaction is necessary. Although he is smiling and shows himself to be pretty happy, his heart is filled with grief and despair, always hiding his true feelings. Cruz is very intelligent and creative and, at his free time, he is thinking on inventions he can do, about high technologies and other stuff. He doesn't seem to find anything interesting about himself and the way he is.
History: Cruz is the 4th descendant of the last technomage lineage. As they enter into extinction, he was sent to school so he could dominate that magic and ensure the survival of the remaining technomages.
Other: Cruz has a portable terminal on his right hand. His main theme is Over the Top and his battle theme is Spinal Coaster, both from Fate/EXTRA CCC.

Can some one explain how ranks work?

I don't think we have an exact system but when we first started we are allowed to make up scores for written tests and practical tests and so for people who gave themselves high grades like 82 and 93 they are in the higher A-Z ranking so most are in C ranking and up except for my character who scored a 55 and a 92 and so I would think it proper to put her in a L rated class, she's strong, just not book smart. But it's all up to the GM and if he wants I could make a proper scale for grades and rankings.
