Sure. It's pretty much what it says on the tin. If it's deemd I have to have some kind of strange appearance trait I might do somehting along with turning his hosts Albino.

I had such a cool escape planned with this power... I hope it's possible to play as him as is.

Appearance:

Ari stands 5'5", 110lbs, with choppy, medium length auburn hair. She has violet colored eyes and a lightly tan complexion. She has a couple tattoos, but the biggest is one large piece on her back of a bull skull and dreamcatchers.

Personality: Thoughtful, Mature, Quiet, An observer, Introvert, Creative, Sometimes awkward

Power: Vision based powers (Optic force blasts, and immunity to other such blasts) – Think Cyclops from X-men, only purple instead of red. She can absorb almost any energy that she can release through her eyes, ex. a lightning bolt (thought the pain would be immense). Unable to open her eyes without blasting, so technically blind unless she wants to attack the person in front of her.

Equipment: N/A

Bio: Arden grew up a normal middle class family with an older brother and a younger brother. Her older brother did nothing right and always was getting in trouble, while Arden stood up for him on multiple occasions. Her younger brother was rather the sunshine of her parent’s life, and after he was born, they directed most of their attention to him. Ari didn’t mind though. She was never the type to want to be in the foreground. She much preferred spending her time outdoors exploring the nearby woods, and as she got older, sketching and painting things. She was always very much into art and photography. Her quiet, mature personality clashed with a lot of kids her age as she got older though, and she found it hard to open up and make friends. She ended up turning to the internet and having quite a few friends on there, and thus spent a lot of time at home online. Her parents didn’t mind though since she kept her grades solid, and Ari had made up her mind that after high school she was either going to an art college or travelling and living day to day like an adventure. Before she could decide, weird things began happening with her eyes. She knew she’d always had a different perspective than others, and could often see things completely differently than anyone else, but also began to see scary things. She could see some nice things like auras, but also frightening images like ghosts and spirits. She was spiraling into a depression because of this when she was captured. In effect, her power given to her prevents her from seeing these things now, thus ridding her of her curse and giving her a new one.

Goal: To start a new existence.

well I can see how it could be interesting what the others need to help her get around, but I wonder how it is going to be with keeping her eyes closed all the time...
The one thing I do wonder about is with her past, I know there are people that can see ghosts and such, so I guess its a normal supernatural ability and not a super power?

Edited in her subject number and changed her alias; I was half-asleep when writing this and it didn't occur to me at the time that it would be a name she'd give herself, and I don't see any reason she'd name herself Switch right off the bat. (And yet I realized this at midnight...?)

As for the combination logic, it was like her brother's power overwhelmed his body, slowly breaking it down. When there was only a small amount left, mostly brain cells and energy, they injected it into Charity's brain. So technically he would be dead anyway and lives on in his sister.

Yeah it wasn't a previous super power, just an ability or mental illness depending on your beliefs of whether or not the supernatural exists.

I imagine her other senses getting stronger (especially hearing) in order to get around and hoped others would help now and again, but I can edit and make it so it works in connection with her emotions (like, if she gets angry or overwhelmed it shoots out of her eyes but when she's calm she can see fine) that was my backup plan if being blind was going to be too much of a handicap for the plot :)

I would like it to be casual, trough Free is possible as well if others want that rather then casual, just try to keep it at a casual level as far as possible in that case.

I feel bad saying it, but I still have to read the super power wikia XD
but yeah, something small like a change to the eyes would be enough, as long as the other characters can still recognize you while making the change small enough that its hard for the military to see it ^^

anyway, all I need to know now (have read it quickly XD) is this power part of telepathic abilities?
I dont allow hive mind btw
and what I also need to know, what happens with the minds of others and the body that he leaves (aside falling unconscious)

ah, so its not a full body but some remaining brain cells and energy, then its perfectly fine ^^

no, you can leave it like that, its true that if you cut one sense, the others get stronger and I can see my char helping the others, trying to be the leader of this group of messed up people (messed up due to what has happened to them of course XD), wonder how far he might be able to do so XD

Personality: Jalo has a lonely nature, often times unintentionally isolating himself. Always being a follower, he looks for someone to take a leadership role, and once they have, will follow them to the end. He can become clingy and realizes this, but has a hard time stopping himself. His way of thinking things through is abstract and he ends up at conclusions other people wouldn't. If not a bit shy, he's friendly enough, but feels distant.
Power('s): telekinesis
Equipment: a blindfold that helps him calm down if he goes into a sensory overload
History: After losing his parents in a car accident when he was a child, Jalo lived with his uncle and aunt, the former in the military. Because of this he found himself moving often. (as i think of more i'll elaborate on this.)
Goal: To live his own life, to stop relying on others for direction in life, and being a pacifist, he doesn't want to join the army.
Other: Due to the experimenting on his brain, he tends to speak backwards, and he needs to think about speaking normally to do so. Because of this, he doesn't speak much.

we have (with mine first) 3 males and 2 females
so If I make a second char that is female, then we have 3-3

dont follow you, I just went with checking the male female ratio

@Sheeplon: Telekinesis would only mean moving things with the mind and such, using mind powers to effect the physical
Telepathic powers are talking to others minds and mind control and such, these I dont allow, I see it that in this story, if they would make someone able to use telepathic powers then either the subject would lose his mind and kill themself IF the power itself would not fry the subjects brain (this would have happened on numerous attempts)
but also that as other humans brains are just normal brains, they wont be able to take the mental assault, resulting in their brain melting just with a small attempt to read a persons mind

so yeah, Telekinesis is allowed, especially they way you put it down, with all the side effects.
but telepathically is not.

kind of the reason I wonder about Bagel;s power's effects, as its a mind transfer I can see how it might bypass the telepathic issues BUT I need to know more in order to see how it would bypass

Yeah I kinda waited to see what kind of powers the others would come up with.
I have multiple idea's so I thought lets see if someone else comes with a similar one, that way we wont have multiple characters with the same power

seeing the powers we have right now, I will start working on the CS's.
