Crass, and not one for decorum. He reins in his tongue when talking to the 'nobles', but doesn't really care otherwise. Absolutely par in academics, with his physical skill keeping his scholarship afloat. Rank 14
Noble:
So... There's a school full of the High Class as well as some of the middle class. Most of the upper class have bodyguards, or 'Knights' as they like to call them. The 'Masters' or 'Nobles' wear a white uniform, the 'Knights' a black uniform, and the middle class students wear a sort of gray uniform. With in the school there is a system. The Nobles are in different classes from the middle class and each of them have a 'Knight' paired with them, some from the middle class groups. So, let's say Classes A-D are Nobles and any letters lower than that are for the Middle and Lower Class, god bless their souls. In this system, there is a Knighthood system where the young nobles pit their knights against one another as a form of entertainment. The victory being the one that gets to go home with the least amount of bruises and/or cuts. There is also a ranking system where Nobles are ranked based on how well their Knight has been fighting.
Each Knight has a scholarship that allows them to stay at the academy and in order to keep their scholarship, they must prove that they are capable in protecting their noble and what better way than to be subject to random fights. Most of the time it is started by Nobles who either want to have fun in a boring life or have been told by their parents that they must. Then, the Knight picks another Knight to fight. Each Knight has a pin on their uniform that signifies their rank. When a challenge is issued, the initiator hands over their pin to the Knight being challenged, who has to fight for his rank (Knights can ONLY be male.) Later in the day, once the fighting ring/area has been prepped, the fight take place. Nurses are on scene to treat any wounds that may occur. Every Knight has a weapon that they prefer to use and once it has been okay'd by the school, they use it in the fights. Examples include swords, daggers, and other assorted weapons, all of them wooden or otherwise non-lethal. When a single Knight arises victorious, decided by a judge, he gains rank based on the rank of the Knight he defeated and the defeated Knight has his rank taken a away and a lower one is assigned to him based on his display of skill, or lack there of. If the Knight gets too low in the ranking, they are expelled and the Noble must find a new Knight. The way a Knight wins is by defeating his opponent in such a way that they no longer have the will to fight or have been beaten so badly that the judges deem it necessary the fight ends.
