I actually haven't noticed any issues today. Impressively enough.

I noticed a few issues like this earlier today, in fact it was the exact thing I had gone through. It seems to be fine now.

I hit a period where the site was slowing down and me and everyone else was making double posts as a result.
That seems to have blown over now though.
