Alright, I've re-written and re-posted Paige's profile, with quite a lot of help from Cryptiic to get everything ironed out. Let me know what you think Allen.

I'm going to put in one last defence of the connection between control over your perception of time, and effectively supercharging muscles.

The reason why he has control over his perception of time is because every nerve in his body sends signals equal to the speed of a wire. On average, that is about 300000 times faster. As a result, he can effectively make his perception of time just under 300000 times faster. That was my original concept for this character. For this RP, I have made it so the power will develop so not just his nerves are affected, but his muscles as well. Now, to balance the fact that his muscles would become super freaking strong and durable all the damn time to keep up with his speed (which would be blatantly OP), I've elected that it takes energy to 'activate' them to be durable. How much energy is put into them determines how durable they become, etc etc.

So the power is completely related: it just starts with his nervous system before moving onto the muscles. I'm defending this because it is going to be freaking fun to play around with a guy who has broken a limitation that he thought would be impossible to break: to move as fast as he can think. And he's an impatient guy, so that can play into his character quite a lot, and turn him into a bit of a cocky prick. At least until he learns of the severe drawbacks of using it. My plan was that when he first uses it, it will be when he can't avoid something that will kill him. He watches it approach him helplessly, as he can't move out of the way without turning his muscles to mush. Then his power activates, and to his surprise he moves, and his leg feels like it is literally on fire. And thats just from one use. And that would have opened the floodgates: he'd have to learn not to use it to stop himself from causing unnecessary strain to himself: typing too fast would tire him out pretty quickly, etc etc.

I'm trying to balance this by making its limitations so damned severe. But if you really, really want me to change it.. I guess I have no choice ._.

The power's looking way better, but there are a few things I must address

- I think her absorption should be limited to what she's conscious of. So any sneak attacks or whatever would damage her normally.
- "She can channel it back outwards directly in the same form as it was when absorbed" in my eyes, basically means she can reflect energy attacks. Which I'm fine with, but it's a powerful ability in it's own. I say cut it since the enhancement branch is strong enough ability, or just cut the reprojection of energy. Whatever works.

And yes, I really want you to change it, Thinker.

Would it work if any passive absorption was only enough to fuel her healing ability? The energy for that has to come from somewhere, and since she isn't aware of any abilities apart from her healing right now it would have to be a partially subconscious thing. It would only drain something like 5% from any attack, so the majority of the energy would still hurt her and get used up in the process if she doesn't see it coming and actively work to absorb it. In order to have any extra energy to work with, she does need to actively absorb it from her surroundings (attacks, sunlight, etc).

And if I understand the second part right, you're saying that she wouldn't be able to conduct absorbed energy through her body (damaging herself in the process due to the nature of her ability) then re-release it as the same form she received it in? Meaning that if she was struck by lightning, she wouldn't be able to channel it through herself and re-release it as electricity? If you're worried that it would simply be a rebounding of energy, it wouldn't. It would always have to go through her first, so if it was more energy than she is capable of conducting (ie, an attack above level 6), she'll end up either hospitalized or ashed.

Alright, that works.

Yes, I mean that. I'd say any energy she re projects should be of a lesser output than what she's received it. Also, we do not have a scale for attacks. So technically it'd be hard to measure what would be an "attack above level 6"

It's not explicitly stated in the CS, but that would be the case as the power is explained right now. Any of the energy that causes damage to her in the process of absorption would by necessity be used up doing it, so even when she's actively absorbing it there would still be a portion of waste that she couldn't redirect back outwards. If she was absorbing fire, for instance, a portion of that energy would escape her control during the channeling process and cause damage to her body, so she would either have to release the remaining energy in a weaker version of the attack it hit her as, convert it into raw negentropic energy to store or use for enhancement, or boost it with a portion of her previously stored energy.

So it's not a perfect conversion by any means. Even when she's actively absorbing, a portion of the energy directed at her is lost. If you want an exact amount, I'd say it would start at around a 40% loss when she first learns she can absorb energy, then that would decrease as she gains more skill in it, though never to the point of perfect conversion.

As for the power level of an attack, I'd imagine that "an attack above level 6" would be what happens when a level 7 energy projector pushes themselves to the brink of ashing (without going over).

Ah, very well, on the first two points.

Though, we can't reliably apply power levels to attacks, even with your example. We have a lot of energy-types (Gabe, Stephen, Peter, etc) and they're all capable of different things. For example, Gabe can shoot a laser with volcanic levels of heat, Sylvia can shoot blasts of sound that can destabilize buildings without coming close to ashing (Though, they both have their own consequences to doing this). What would you classify those as? My point being is that there's a lot of variables.

That's true, though it would likely depend on what level you yourself classified the characters as.

Should I simply remove the "level 6" portion of the description? If so, what should I replace it with? I could state an amount in joules that would become dangerous for her, but then I have the problem of trying to calculate the exact magnitude in joules of every attack that hits her, and I'm afraid I'm not THAT well-educated on the subjects involved. Using "level 6 attacks" as a basis gives a bit of leniency so it doesn't take all the fun out of writing the character every time she gets hit and I have to pull out a calculator, while also establishing that if a level 7 character hit her with everything they've got, it would pretty well finish her (at least for a while), while level 8, 9, and 10 characters would be progressively more likely to make her ash if she tried absorbing an all-out attack.

Well, we can simplify things a bit. We could just say that she can't absorb the larger displays of energy (Like those examples I noted above) and leave it at that.

Yeah, I saw the omni. It looks like everyone here is a bit beefed up XDAnyway, I posted. Wondering how I can showcase a bit of Evan's power, past the involuntary glowing. Anyone have any ideas?

Well, remember guys, the Omni is owned by myself. Allen knows me very well, and he knows I wont go overboard with it. He also can slap me on the wrist and have me fix things faster than most. He has a very powerful ability, but he does have a lot of limitations and weaknesses to his power that keeps him from becoming Superman.

Alright, Paige is accepted.

Also, Est, Adam disrupted the sound in the air so no one could hear what he and Kristen were saying. Soooo...

Finally, I'm dropping Matthias, I'm not really feeling him. So we're going to say that he faded into the background and whatnot to never be seen again.

Oh, Paige's rating is...

Peter can make lightning bolts (with complementary thunderclaps)! And a condensed lightning bolt arm that he can keep up for only a few minutes. There's a lot of energy in that.

- All sheets go in the character deposit.

- Admitting your character is a carbon copy from an existing work is definitely a red flag.

- Could you elaborate on his condition a bit? You say he's freakish, only live for a certain amount of time, and etc, etc, but that's it. Is he deformed, or...?

- Expand on his personality and appearance a bit more. It's rather barebones, and I personally think it's lack.

- I am always iffy about emotion changing powers. Especially when they barely have limits. That said, the ability has no real weaknesses, limitations or drawbacks, and there's literally nothing stopping him from bending everyone to his will.

Overall, I think the sheet could use some work, mostly more detail. I'm going have to say no for now.
