Don't forget most schools are quite diverse, so it is considered important everybody respects each other's beliefs. The third is education. You have a hot girl walk into class wearing nothing but leggings and a belly button shirt, be honest. You'll be looking at her, not the teacher.

Though young women should learn what is appropriate to wear to school. Certian types of leggings can be nearly see through and extremely skin tight, that is not something to be worn in school.
