Card keeps his identity private... that or he genuinely doesn't know himself.

Personality:
Quiet, blunt and straight to the point; he rarely shows emotion in the way he talks or acts. Card takes his work seriously, yet with a sense of care. With a glow of welcoming companionship and generosity, it is against his nature to hate his enemies. The combination of a silent doctor and a honorable one makes him unpredictable in situations.

Card is of a magicless species, and as such he despises the idea of using such presence in his work. Years of quiet days at his shop allowed him time to play with his feathers, and as such he learned to use them as weapons.

History: The background of Dawn is strange and enigmatic at best. Fathered by a alien visitor to her home world and effectively born to and raised by the royal horse god-emperess of the Kingdom of Equestria there was a significant amount of debate among all factions as to how exactly the adulterous union of Dawn's father with her mother; Celestia. Especially given the mortality of her father.

In growing up Dawn's time with her father was infrequent at best who spent a significant amount of time not containing his lust or partaking in the court-enforced child support and paternal roles between effectively a small army of extended family born from his seed to the local equines of Equestria. In such events when she got time with her father it was spent in the company of a large amount of extended bastard family from a wealth of social castes throughout Equestria. Though this may facilitate an openness to the “lower class” it has also enforced a certain degree of pride concerning she – and her “sister” and brother's – pedigree.

At home her mother was very coddling of her and her brother, often seeking a lot of time together. The constant motherly attention was however grating on the young Dawn, who in her youth simply just wanted to get away and was a point all the way up to where she could claim independence from her over bearing immortal mother and to set out into the world free of her influence.
